Save your money this company is a hoax! “Based in London” but when you look up the company number the company was dissolved in October 2024. Responded in German to my queries and product arrived from china. When I asked to return the product because my cats had absolutely no interest they gave me a random address in the USA!!
Don’t bother wasting your money!

IT was no Joy for m'y cats. Thé Ball jumps high, makes noise and m'y cats are afraid of IT.

It’s too loud and heavy. Huge nuisance for the downstairs neighbours.
And why are the lights so bright? Cats don’t like flashing lights The casing material is horrible, it picks up every speck of dust off the floor. My cat is terrified of the red mode, but he enjoys looking at the soft mode. Doesn’t play with it unless I throw it across the room first.

customer service stayed in touch with me (hopefully a real person not AI) when I had questions about delivery issues and how to operate the toy. I wish they'd choose a different carrier to avoid misdeliveries (to my apt's laundry room door!) but I was happy once I finally got it and my kitty is sportically batting it about.

I got the Power Ball 2.0 for my parents' Chihuahua, and he loves it. You can tell it’s a high-quality product that the dog can’t destroy. The ball’s mechanism also feels like a product that was designed with a lot of thought and care. I’m impressed!

In total I love the toy! The look of the toy is great and that the cats can activate it by their own! I also love that the color changes. For my two cats (female) is the weight a little bit to heavy and it would be better it would be as light as a boundy ball is. The material of the outer shell could be velvet, more soft. My cats would love this. When the ball jumps of a hard floor the ball bounces too hard for my female cats. Thank you so much! I would love these changes :)

Took longer than expected to arrive which was ok but the product itself isn’t great. They advertise it as a smooth rolling, quiet, interactive toy. It’s so noisy and erratic, it jumps around a lot and the battery lasts about a day (in stand by mode too as the cats avoided it). Very expensive for what it is.

I thought my cat would love the power ball, sadly my scaredy cat is terrified of it. Didn't expect that reaction. I still think it's a great idea though, just not for her.

Bought two Power Ball 2.0 toys – one stopped charging after a month of use. Other one still charges and works. Had higher hopes for a nearly $40 expenditure.

Service and delivery are great. My kitty is a bit underwhelmed. I think it’s too aggressive-sounding and acting? She bores from it rather quickly. I have a similar ball that’s not as reactive or aggressive. I’m afraid she’s just “ok” with both.

The power cable connection can be a problem. This is my third product of this type of interactive cat ball. I think the balls are brilliant and even timid cats gain confidence as they interact with the ball's strange flipping around behaviour. But two of the power cables have failed to work - they don't securely fit in the ball's connection socket and drop out all the time - so no power!
