It’s been 6 days and my KYC…

It’s been 6 days and my KYC verification still hasn’t been completed. This is completely unacceptable for a service that’s supposed to be professional. The support is slow, unresponsive, and clearly incapable of handling a basic identity check. This level of incompetence is not acceptable, especially when dealing with personal information and account access. Very disappointing experience so far.

We have been using Wittix for over half a year now to receive payments and we are very satisfied so far. The platform is reliable and efficient, making our transactions run smoothly. Termination after one month

We are a company that was founded at the beginning of the year and then received a recommendation for a bank from a business partner. We are a Lithuanian company and therefore found it appropriate to work with a Lithuanian bank.
At the end of June we received the decision to open the bank. The onboarding process was successful and we accepted even the high opening costs (2,500 euros) and high transaction costs.
We received payments from our customers to the Wittix account for around 3 weeks. During this time, we only made deposits and two transfers back to customers.

Today we have received the termination of our account. It was about money laundering issues.
No further questions or reasons were asked. During the onboarding process, everything was explained in detail about what we offer and who our customers are.
How can it be about money laundering. Unfortunately, nothing else is explained to us.
I don't understand why you don't communicate openly and ask questions if something is unclear.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend working with us in this way.
The damage will be immense, as we already have this bank connection in circulation with many customers.
This is not a warning against Wittix. The manner of such an important cooperation is not acceptable.
They also refused to agree to an extension of the deadline. 3 working days is all.
We are now left full of incomprehension.
