Policy cancellation

I am sorry to say I feel with my age and experience to have a tracking system included within my policy takes away any trust that your company will pay any dues payable if the unforeseen happens, therefore I am cancelling this policy immediately.Any requirement to return said tracking device to you can you please provide postal address and I will return said item

Painful to deal with

Painful to deal with, put the price up when I called, the person I spoke to didn't speak good English it was a very stressful experience

AVOID AT ALL

It's a complete nonsense, the cancellation fees, and dubious as well. The terms and conditions only mention a cancelation fee of £75. When I called them to cancel the policy, was told me exactly the same. My surprise when two days later I receive an email claiming an outstanding balance of £180. Ridiculous, I felt like I was scammed.

Poor cancellation not even being 24hours

Everything was good the only reason for a 3 star and I had to Cancel the policy is that refund was awful it was not even 24hours and took over 60 pound for the cancellation fee I think it’s a joke for that so if you get this insurance be warned how much money they take.

Had to cancel within 14 days due to…

Had to cancel within 14 days due to them not being able to change cover. These are a broker and once they get their fee they have no interest in you. Very hard to understand their representatives. Steer clear

Straightforward but A bit too pushy.

Joining reasonably straightforward except the confused me by making extras previously included in the price, look like new extras, and also a bit too pushy to get me to 'immediately' connect the contraption even before I received it
