Very poor, unprofessional and zero acumen of customer service. You can raise any issue and they will come back with same answer again and again shamelessly. Their collection shops are shady, dodgy, unprofessional and perhaps greedy. They have no interest in giving the courier to you and make you run multiple times even to the extent that you give up and get refunded after deductions of storage charge. Perhaps they can sell it later one the goods are not collected.
Pathetic customer service, dumb answers same answers again and again. Spin and ask irrelevant questions to tire you out for a give up. No internet or intention to resolve the issue.
Very very poor experience. Be away from wish. Don’t know if they have legal entity in UK to take them to court.

I paid £38 for a cheap plastic keyboard and i they barred me from a return, Can’t phone and they put Klarna on to me as I didn’t return it. The item is there I asked wish for an address to return but they kept asking me to go on returns on my order but kept telling them I can’t access through to them barring me. The item is here still in package not worth £10 even , so if they send address I will send it back. But won’t use again as nothing is what you buy and no t even in a box

Very very poor, item received faulty, offered 2%,10%,30% refund. Then delayed and made excuses. Pispoor company do not buy from them , they will not honour refunds or support.

Ordered eau sauvage from the wish site, stating it was from the US, in fact I got sauvace from China, this is not what I ordered, I am going through the process of trying to get a refund and will go to trading standards, my advice is STAY AWAY from this company

I ordered items from wish they were coming from 3 separate suppliers… I received items from 1 supplier delivered by Hermes I wasn’t home so I received a photo text of the parcel at my door. Unfortunately the other 2 parcels seem to have disappeared even although they have the same tracking number as the parcel I did receive and strangely the same photo proving delivery???? Wish and Hermes are no help both claiming that the items were delivered.. I won’t be ordering from this site…

Avoid. Item was £54 then £71 when I tried to buy it. Went with it. The delivery date was given as 2-3 weeks time it is being shipped from China. It is supposed to have arrived in the UK on 4th August. No sign of it. Today is 21st August. I logged on to their Assistant to try find out where it was. This is a series of automated responses. Not possible to get any actual help. I can't decide whether the entire site is a fake shopping site or whether the item (a watch) will eventually arrive months late.

Ordered 2 items - one Xl and one XXl in January 2021
Both items returned as unsuitable - in one parcel .
Refund received for one item.
Repeatedly advised by Wish to resubmit proof of postage, information- item has been sitting as refund in progress since February/March.
Wish respond by asking for information to re submitted, they then say they have dealt with it and will issue refund when they receive item - (which they already have). I then have to start process all over again.
Have had over 200 correspondences with Wish only to be sent back to beginning of process.
Have tried to contact via Facebook etc and no response .
Would avoid at all costs. Disappointing and disgraceful.

Do not use wish.They selling item different to what yhey have on pic.They are layer and scummers.BE AWARE !!!!

Absolute a scam advertises items which is not what you receive then impossible to contact customer service for refund buyer beware!!!!.

I have purchased two items from Wish that were good value and delivered in a timely manner.
However, I have now purchased two items that were not what I thought I'd brought, around 20 days late delivery, and that I have no use for!
On both occasions, Wish showed a picture of what I thought I was buying, but my actual order was for a lesser product that I didn't notice! I guess there's some kind of psychology at play here, because I'm usually very exact with my purchases. Anyway, twice bitten, and I'm writing off Wish for good now!

These criminals need to be stopped and removed from the WWW. Appalling liars and con artists.

These are nothing but shysters I would give them no stars but not allowed!!!!.I wish i had burned the money instead.

I bought two so called smart phones from Wish. They are crap. Very poor quality and not as described. I complained and Wish refered me to the supplier. I was offered a 30% refund which I acceptyed. This has never turned up. basicaly, Wish is a scam site selling poor quality products. Often counterfeit and they take no responsibility. I00% awful organisation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

My first and last experience with this company and I urge everyone to avoid them like the plague. The item didn't arrive until well after the scheduled date and when it did arrive I discovered that it was obviously a used item. I tried emailing Wish but to be honest I my 18 month old grandson would have made more sense. A lesson learned so be aware DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WISH! I wish I hadn't (excuse the pun).

Ordered a small item costing £3.26.
Never arrived.
Received refund which was not requested for £2.61. 😂🤣

My product was delivered to the wrong address by Hermes, i was able to prove this, i sent the email i received from Hermes saying this was not my fault but the drivers, still no replacement or refund.

Wish said that if product not received by 27 July they would offer a full refund. Went through their customer service only to be told by an automated message to wait a bit longer. Not happy so wanted refund as promised only to be told my account is suspended due to refund policy abuse.
Only asked for one previous refund a week earlier for an item that wasn’t as described. Totally within my consumer rights and wishes own policy to get a refund.
Yesterday I was automatically given 3 refunds as the seller hadn’t shipped within a month of order placed. I was happy to receive the items not my fault the seller doesn’t send them. I hadn’t asked for my money back.
Awful company to deal with who blame you if they can’t keep to their own promises and policies. I will stick to Amazon and eBay in future.

I wish i hadnt had to give a star as that's not deserved that ordered 3 item one on a one time deal for £1. Placed order looking through emails to find one from pay PayPal a bill for this one item was £13 +£7 postage charge. Went to cancel to late how can they change price so quick. Contacted Wish but answered a question I had not asked and keep asking hence this review. £20 FOR A £1. ORDER. THEFT. Also asks for account deals apparently they lost it, But bank statements prove me right still waiting

Ordered their pruning shears, battery had 98v on the side yet it's 18 volt. I will keep away as you just don't know what your getting conned with.
All their reviews on their site are false, made up.
