Scamsters! My reimbursement issues finally ended thanks to cĻottêr wǍveș.

I have a bad experience with Wise Auto Trading Services Company. One of the BDO pushed me to buy Wise Auto Trading Software. After multiple commitments from the BDO I purchased the Basic Plan initially & subsequently shifted on Adv Plan. I paid US $ 500 as software cost & 252 US$ deposited in my Account. The BDO assured me for refund of software cost & equity in case my account suffered from losses. The BDO also assured about mentioning all these things in the contract agreement & daily profit of US$50. After more than one month my account wiped out & lost my equity. I reminded via multiple emails to the BDO & Company Help Desk for redund of software cost & Equity. But instead the Company further demanded US$ 100 as insurance/tax for processing the refund. I asked to adjust in my refund but the Company insisted on fresh deposit of US$100. At this I realized that it's a scam and red flag. The BDO stop responding to my messages. I lost more than 1200 US$ witj the said Company & on the false promises of the BDO. I therefore informed all the innocent people to stay away away from this Company otherwise your fate will more distrurbing than me.

company is totally doing scams with customers they Will said before investing i Will refund if you didn't like our software but when you reply for refund they also dont reply to you and blocked you on WhatsApp.

I am writing to formally request a refund for the EA you developed for me.

The EA does not follow the strategy requirements that I clearly explained from the beginning. My strategy was very specific:

One alert = only one entry (Buy or Sell)

Each trade must have a fixed Take Profit of $1

If the market gives another signal, the EA must average both trades and set a combined TP

No over-trading and no duplicate entries

However, the EA you delivered does not follow these rules.
– It opens multiple unwanted entries
– The TP is not set to $1 as required
– Basket TP averaging is not implemented
– Duplicate or repeated alerts occur
– I also did not receive proper support or revisions to fix these issues

Because the EA does not match the agreed-upon logic and is not usable for my trading plan, I am requesting a full refund.

I hope we can resolve this matter professionally and quickly.
Please process my refund at your earliest convenience.

Hello, this is terrible company and I paid them 500$ for advance plan even they didn't gave me any software file . and they started trading
They blown my 800$ equity and then ask me to hire trader in 50$ and deposit 50$ and told me that they will recover and he made loss within few minutes before this I told them to refund my fee and they said support team will contact you and I keep texting and they don't reply then they said until they will refund you can try recovery with trader and he will recover within 3 day and he lost within few minutes. And then they blocked me on WhatsApp and not replying on email and when I texted from another account they they blocked that too . name is John and muskan and i have bank details of that indian person so should I case on that?
