zero stars. No effective customer service what so ever. Charged my card, still waiting for item to ship after several emails with "customer support" with no answers other than "we're still checking on things". Buyer beware.
I wish I could give zero Stars, please dont buy. and also if you are in Germany. dont go for these scammers.
MacBook never received.
Bought a MacBook on 9/3,
Wisetek charged our card the same day. Received an email that it was shipped on 9/5, but never received a tracking number, and didn’t receive the laptop… beware.
Bought a laptop, Dell latitude 5580 refurbished. It arrived,I plugged it up to make sure the battery was charged started, logged in transfered passwords went through startup. Unplugged and saw the charge icon showed there was no battery. Looked and sure enough no battery. Emailed seller told them to send a battery as I actually was quite pleased with the PC. They sent a return label, which I can't download. I told them I want to keep the PC, just send a battery. No answer, no email, no phone call, no text. HELP!!!
