Good and not so good.
One really amazing contractor who responded to a job that became very urgent job due to a separate contractor who had previously accepted the job, cancelling after taking no action for 3 days.
Unfortunately Wises system does not allow feedback to be placed for contracts accepted but then cancelled. Once it has been cancelled there is no way to provide feedback.

Faithway provided an amazing experience. I booked last minute, and Jazz was understanding and accommodating, making the process hassle-free. The team handled pick-up and drop-off smoothly. Despite a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the team kept me informed. All items were securely packed and arrived safely, without damage. Shipping of extra large box
I used Wise Move to send a box that was slightly too big to be taken by NZ Post. Within 15 minutes of signing up with Wise Move I had received 2 quotes. Wise Move creates a platform to connect small shipping companies with customers looking for alternative options to the mainstream shipping companies. The communication happens through the platform which also gives information and updates about the companies that offer a quote. After accepting the quote Wise Move keeps an eye on the progress of the booking process and the delivery. I very quickly had the feeling that I can trust this website even though I had never heard the name of the shipping company I was dealing with. The whole process was very well organised and the communication with the shipping company was outstanding. My item was safely delivered within the promised time frame. Wise Move was very easy to use and I will not hesitate to use this service in the future.
