Seems to have closed down - was decent for a year, but since emailing and whatsapp'ing them a number of times over the last few weeks they no longer respond at all

I found the website confusing and busy but onec I emailed them, Michael Answered all of my questions, Shame they don't have phone support, but they were quick to reply on email.

Got upgraded to a suite on my Istanbul trip. Best travel agency experience I've had.

Booked Fairmont Gold in Singapore through the private booking portal. I’m new so I called the hotel to check and they confirmed all was booked and I’m on the priority queue for a room upgrade on arrival, just as promised.

Super happy that I tried it after seeing them on Instagram. The team has helped me save on 3 bookings now for a 2-week trip to States and the Caribbean later this year. I needed a specific type of room at one of the hotels so Michael called the hotel to organise it for me, along with a discounted price. They've even made a free booking for my mum, who has since joined as a member as well! Would definitely recommend Winston for anyone looking to save on hotel stays.

I found Winston's service on a facebook ad and while I normally don't even click on ads, I did have a holiday coming up and they enticed me with the free price check. I sent them a refundable booking I made with Booking.com not expecting much. Next day, they sent me a quote for the same hotel, same dates, same two rooms, but for about £820 less. I rebooked with Winston and called the hotel to confirm all went through, which it did. Safe to say, today I'm glad I still scroll facebook!

I have often been confused with different hotel websites offering different rates, you can’t even get the best rate from the hotel's own website half the time! With Winston I appreciate that they always get me the lowest price so I know I haven’t overpaid or missed a deal somewhere else.

Saved nearly $2k on a on a stay $10k at a hotel I was already going to book regardless of the price. Sing me up if that's what I can expect going forward.

My partner and I booked a 2 week holiday throughout the west coast, staying in 3 different hotels all recommended by Winston. Happy with the rate we received on all three and the service certainly saved me some time. Within a couple of back and forth emails they understood what I was looking for and made the booking process easy. Looking forward to our trip now.

The membership paid off quickly. I usually like booking hotels myself so going through a third party seemed a bit odd but you can't argue with the savings they are able to get.

We're a family of 4 and trying to find hotels that will accommodate our needs is one of my least favorite things. They've taken that off my plate and it's already worth all the money in the world lol.

I booked a hotel stay through Winston and apart from getting a better rate, the main thing I loved was the convenience of their concierge customer support…I simply send a message telling them where and when I want to go and they do the rest to arrange the perfect hotel, which saves me hours searching for myself.
