Refusing withdrawl

Emailed me for verification which I didn't see until the next day . During this process they happily accepted deposits from me but are now withholding my £3000 withdrawl! Told them I didn't have the photo ID they required but could provide other documents to which they respond that my account just won't get verified and I won't get my withdrawal.. they happily accept my money for weeks but as soon as I get a decent amount to withdrawal they are refusing. I will be putting a report in about these. DON'T ACCEPT DEPOSITS IF YOU AREN'T WILLING TO PROCESS WITHDRAWALS..

**EDIT** still no further forward. They are now ignoring all communication from me. They reply on here saying they've messaged hoping to come to a resolution, I promptly replied and since then absolutely nothing.
I have no issue taking these to court to get my money..
*2nd EDIT* wink slots are still failing to make any communication with me and refusing to open a complaint. I will be contacting gambling commission and opening a court claim against them if they still fail to make contact by end of business today 24/3/25

This is by far the biggest scam site I…

This is by far the biggest scam site I have come across! So I opened an account this morning I was abit wary tbh after reading on here.so I joined deposited £10 played on the game won £100 which I was obviously happy about! Withdrew it then went on to check the status of my withdrawal to my shock my account was closed without any reason what so ever obviously don't want me have my winnings which I won fair & square.i bet if I had not have won they would of let me keep depositing tho absolutely disgusting! But I will be taking routes to report this site and try get what is owed to me! Feel very frustrated I joined a scam site.Please don't join be warned because if you win you won't get paid and your account will be closed! How are they able to get away with this is beyond me! Oh and they still haven't givem me a reason!!!!! Luckily I screenshoted everything so I have the proof.

******UPDATE****** WINK SLOTS TRIED TO HAVE THIS POST REMOVED FROM TRUSTPILOT SO THAT PEOPLE COULDN'T SEE HOW THEY OPERATE. JUST TO CLARIFY I DID SOME RESEARCH ON MY ACCOUNT... I HAD ONE £50+ PAYOUT DURING MY WELCOME BONUS WHICH I COULDN'T WITHDRAW DUE TO RESTRICTIONS, SINCE THEN THEY HAVE TAKEN £300 OFF ME WITHOUT ANY PAYOUT OVER £20.********* I HAVE SINCE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM AS I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF ONE SIDED GAMBLING ON OTHER SITES BEFORE**********Absolute scam, only played well during the free spins and bonus credit. Once I started playing with real money it took 100s of me In a week without any win over £10. The fishing blitz game filled all of the jackpot pot and bonus icons pretty quickly and has given me absolutely nothing back in return, not even a £50 return. I would avoid this site as it is extremely one sided. When I play paddy power or sky Vegas I can lose a few 100 before it pays out a good return but there is always something worth while eventually.

Wink slots.

Narrisa M advised me well, I am currently waiting for a withdrawal to be processed and I was told by Narissa that it was in the final stages of processing, hoping it clears into my bank today. Will update on time frame of withdrawal as I know that's what most people want to know about.

I withdrew at 7:30pm on the 21/02 .
The withdrawal was received at 6:35pm 22/02

SECOND EXPERIENCE

I won again yesterday and withdrew im 3 transactions, the first two hit my bank account immediately which was brilliant.. I'm still however waiting for 1 of the transactions to be approved and sent over, this has taken longer than any of the previous withdrawals, it's almost been 24 hours and no change in withdrawal status where as previously it has been updated and sent within 24 hours.

Chat have been polite but they said it could take upto 2 days for it to be approved but everywhere on the site and on my wihlthdrawl it says 'should be processed withing 1 business day' which i think should be classed as incorrect and misleading as this is not the case.. if it could take longer state that instead of giving misleading information.

I will update on my withdrawal time again.
I made the withdrawal at 10.11am on the 11/03 and have been advised it may not be approved for another 2 days by advisors, even after checking their terms and conditions for the time frame it states 1 business day for withdrawal to be processed and 1-5 business days to reach bank account.
