The training situation wasn’t perfect for a very beginner person like me. It was wavy and I couldn’t even sit on the board. I like to start with a safer situation. I cannot everything in a same time! For example it would be better if I could just learn how to pickup the wing and learn how control it.

I heartily recommend this shop. Bought a well-priced Shinn 7.0 m2 from Wingsurfcenter. The store is in Sweden, I live in The Netherlands, but this has not been an issue. I was particularly, promptly and very kindly helped by Bjoern in the resolution of an issue: after a few great sessions with the wing, I started to notice a small leak at the strut bladder valve and had it repaired. The Dutch repair shop indicated it had been a bladder installation issue. Now when there is a leak, you can have this discussion whether it is due to a manufacturing problem, a shop handling fault, or an incident on the customer side. I was happy to discover the very personal and friendly customer service at Wingsurfcenter, and they quickly and fully covered for the repair based on the pictures and repair report that I provided. Thanks for offering me a nice buy and good service!

Björn is a great teacher who very clearly outlined the steps to becoming a strong wingfoiler. The sport was harder than I was expecting but after a few days I managed to come up on the foil. Would definitely recommend!

Björn at Wingsurfcenter has been very helpful in explaining the foundations of wingsurfing during an introductory course that I was gifted to try out the sport! I highly recommend trying out Wingsurfing with Björn! Lots of fun!

Björn is great. I first contacted him about a Wing and he was so helpful I returned for a board as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable and contactable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to either get into or progress in foiling!

A few weeks ago I decided to have a wingsurf course with Björn. I wanted to try it because I come from a windsurf background, but grew tired of carrying all that heavy equipment and wanted to try something else.

On the first day he taught me everything about the wing and how to handle it. The wind was rather light, but it gave me a good idea of how to hold on to it. Later the wind picked up a bit and we started out on a big foil board. It was a bit difficult at first, but very fun to just jump on and off the board.

Exhausted but very excited after my first day on the water, I decided I wanted more and came back later that week. That day the wind was proper on and he put me on the same board again. I slowly started to get up on the hydro foil board. The feeling was immense! No water splashing in my face, no resistance, no nothing... Asif I was floating above the water. A very humbling experience.

I felt hooked, later that week when there was no wind, Björn took me out on his boat to get me going even better. Its like wakeboarding but... without a wakeboard. It was a good experience and really got me confident on the foil.

I'm looking into buying some equip and Björn is hooking me up with some of his school equipment as we speak. I figured it would be useful as I also learnt with this.

100% recommended and very grateful for the experience :)
