I demand a full refund of all my deposits.1. Refusal of Account Closure on 14.08.2026On August 14, 2026, I explicitly requested the permanent closure of my account. I clearly stated my reasons and requested that no promotional offers be made. Instead of respecting my right to close the account, the support team refused and demanded that I complete a full KYC verification just to close it. When I stated that I was playing from Germany—where this site operates illegally without a local license—and demanded a refund, the casino dismissed me with a generic, automated copy-paste term stating: "you do not have a gambling addiction, you don’t use the Website under the influence of alcohol... you have verified that the laws of your region do not prohibit you...". This is a complete violation of basic responsible gambling policies.2. Conflicting and Deceptive Customer Support InformationFrustrated, I later attempted to proceed with the KYC verification. However, your support agent temporarily restricted my account, claiming: "Since you upload a document from a country restricted from playing on our site, your account has been temporarily restricted..." and asked for a German proof of residence (PDF bank statement or utility bill).When I asked the agent directly: "So let me understand something, if I am from Germany I cannot play on your site?", the agent completely contradicted the previous restriction by replying: "You are able to play, but first please confirm this with documents...". Absolute scam company have thrown me…
Absolute scam company have thrown me out of my account with a thousands of pounds in it.
I have tried to speak to the support for nearly 3 days absolutely useless.
Avoid at all costs I use many sites and this is by far the worst scam and customer service I have ever come across.
I have contacted my bank who have alerted me they are a scam company save your money and avoid at all costs.
Since I put this post up I have had a department email me saying they are looking into and I will hopefully sort it out so let’s see I will write on there with the outcome.
