The website was easy to use, great service

The website was easy to use. Once I selected the armoured cable I needed, it automatically to me to the required Cleats and Glands. It gave me confidence that I would be ordering the right items for the job.
The good arrived within 2 working days as stated and match my order exactly. Very happy, well done to the team, great customer service.

Excellent service!…

Our company recently purchased 2,now virtually obsolete, Wylex RCBOs, from this company, the whole process was seamless and we received the items on time and in excellent condition. Excellent service and we have kept this companys' details for the future if retro devices are required

Delivered in good time!

Delivered in good time and now working. However, I did notice that the screw that closes the vice, which clamps down on the wires, was a little worn. The device looked second-hand. Was I just imagining this? Anyway, now that it is in place and working, I suppose I won't look at it again for another 10 years or so.

Thank you for replying but I am not sure I get it. Screwfix do a similar compatible product at a similar price and theirs are brand new.

Thank you again for your response. I don't know whether my consumer unit is old or new, but all my circuit breakers match and look newer, than the one supplied.

We sell obsolete and discontinued circuit breakers. The item you purchased was advertised as used, it's 25 years old 🤣

The one Screwfix sell is for the newer boards. I assume you have the older style board so the Screwfix one may not fit.
