Efficient and friendly service

Efficient and friendly from start to finish. Phil Garvey arrived promptly, his work was clean and tidy throughout and his whole visit left us feeling reassured that our chimney is ready for the next season. I really appreciated Phil remembering our conversation from last year about recommended wood to burn and 'hot spot' flue cleaner. Having taken his advice it was good to see the evidence of a healthier flue liner during his sweep. Thank you. We will definitely be using Wikins next year.

Excellent

Ross did a great job and turned up at the exact time he was booked. Showed me the before and after pictures of the inside of the chimney. Explained what he had done and he was extremely clean and tidy whilst doing the job. Not expensive either. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent chimney sweep. I'm always pleased to see Nick when he…

I'm always pleased to see Nick when he comes to clean my wood burner and chimney. He is always friendly and cheerful and often has helpful advice. He gives my wood burner a great spring clean, and leaves no mess at all. He was very helpful a while ago when a bird fell down the chimney. He went up onto the roof and fitted a cowl on the chimney so that it wouldn't happen again. I would thoroughly recommend Nick's chimney sweep business.
