Naturespy Ursus Camera
Purchased a. Naturespy Ursus camera to view wildlife in my garden.
The camera work’s very well capturing images of creatures I didn’t even know existed in our garden!
I’m no tec savvy so had to get my son to set it up as I could not make head nor tail of the instructions.
Wild View Cameras very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone can highly recommend.

Great products and service!
I'm very happy with the products and service from Wild View Cameras. I placed my order and it arrived on time. I discovered an issue with one of the items and emailed Wild View for advice. They called me back shortly afterwards to advise they had sent a replacement, which arrived the next day. I will use Wild View again in the future, a well deserved 5*.

Fantastic service
I bought a wonderful Browning camera {highly recommended } and an sd card. I couldn't be more satisfied. Unfortunately last night the sd card malfunctioned. Michelle couldn't have been more helpful with an instant replacement. She also took the time to give me some advice and hints regarding my new hobby .

Excellent service and item
I was looking for a stand for my wildlife cam. I initially, as a lot of us do, went on Amazon, but couldn't find anything suitable nor of good enough quality. I decided to 'Google' the item instead and I'm very glad I did because I found this lovely UK based husband and wife company website and was impressed with the different products they provide and the advice and instructions given under each item. I quickly found the most suitable stand for my requirements and placed my order easily. Their service was excellent and I had the item within just a couple of days of ordering, which was well packaged. I much prefer shopping with 'old school companies'. I highly recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again.

Teething problems
Camera works fine once I had worked out the way it works. It does not tell you when it is on (voice) but it does when you switch it off. It should come with a simple stand and not have to buy it separately. I have screwed it to a piece of wood which makes taking it off a little awkward as the plastic piece falls out when I unscrew it.

Thank for your review Ian. I have just left you a vm in calling you to try and help with any mounting concerns you may have, as we pride ourselves on good service as our Trustpilot Feedback shows, so we would always contact if below our usual standard 5* received.
This product does clearly state it comes with a wall mount, picture supplied, plus additional mounts available are described and mentioned (example mount pictures also shown) in its listing and offered to you when the camera is placed in the basket. Perhaps the application/location you needed, would have benefitted from one of these additional mount options that compliment the camera to work better for you.
We enjoy using ours on our ground spike with a swivel head adaptor when located on the ground, and another using our small flexi leg tripod when in our bird feeder tree.
Hope you are enjoying the camera and the garden visitors it captures for you, but if in doubt before purchasing, please do call us to help you and chat further, to make sure the product will meet your expectations and requirements.

After trawling thru a mind boggling array of trailcam sites and models my head was fried. I called up Wild View as they were UK based and had an actual telephone option! Michelle was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and offered useful advice for cameras for my needs and within my price range. Very happy with the product. Works a treat !

Finding the battery that I wanted was straight forward via the website. The pack was no longer available however but Wild View Cameras offered me a similar battery which arrived very quickly.
