I had no idea that this service was part of my subscription. What a great service! I half expected it to be a thinly disguised sales pitch but not at all. The nutritions list I spoke to was well informed, understood what I was trying to achieve and offered me really useful advice for me to be able to improve my health. I found it very difficult to cancel my subscription only to be told it could only be reschedule, I did this for 2027 which seemed crazy, then trolling through found where I could cancel, just all seemed incredibly frustrating.

Not very happy about this as I placed an order early in the morning and unfortunately couldn't work out how to arrange express delivery. I tried calling at 9am and got the answerphone message saying you were closed until 10. I opened up my emails to send an email and found an email saying that the order had been despatched! So I sent an email immediately asking if there was any way my order could be sent on express delivery. I was very disappointed with the reply! Surely something could have been done....

However, once a subscription or order is triggered in our system, it is automatically sent for immediate dispatch. We try and facilliate any changes where we can after an order has been processed, but this is unfortunately not always possible once this enters our fulfilment system.
