Wild Nutrition focuses on natural nutrition. We've used Probiotics, Omega-3, Vitamin D and C, Ashwaganda, and they have all been brilliant.

I sent an email to wild nutrition this morning due to experiencing an issue with my orderand the lovely poppy helped me out straight away and it’s been resolved already! I can’t thank her enough. Great customer service and an amazing brand, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else

Such an incredible brand but more than that, the people in the company are so helpful! They offer a free consultation about nutrition with no obligation whatsoever ever to buy. Not pushed and so educated. Highly recommend

I was sent a reminder to see how I was getting on with the Ashwaganda supplement I was taking. I scheduled a call and spoke to an advisor who reminded me that I need to take a month break every 3 months which I did not know. We had a good chat it was helpful.

I contacted Wild Nutrition to query why my subscription pricing appeared inconsistent and why the total cost had not changed despite being told discounts were applied. I also explained clearly that the subscription had become too expensive for me and asked for help adjusting my order.
Despite several emails, my questions were never properly answered. I was repeatedly given generic responses explaining standard discounts, but no one addressed the actual issue or clarified the total cost I would be charged.
When I asked for simple guidance on which products I could remove or change to reduce the price, this was ignored, and I was instead directed to book a consultation.
To make matters worse, the conversation was effectively closed without resolution, and I then received an automated request to leave a review — before my issue had even been dealt with.
The whole experience felt impersonal, scripted, and frustrating. For a premium brand with high prices, I expected a much higher level of customer support and product knowledge.
I will not be continuing my subscription.

UPDATE

Following the company’s public response, I would like to clarify that my issue was not about needing a consultation. I simply asked for a clear explanation of pricing and straightforward guidance on which items to remove to reduce the cost.
These requests were not answered, and my case was closed before resolution. The response here does not fully reflect what actually happened.

It’s too soon to say how effective the product is but impressed with the speed of delivery.

Energy Support is a top product with an awesome list of ingredients.
Food Grown, so have a limited shelf life, a lot shorter than products from other companies I use, based on my experience, when I've overstocked and not used my supplements consistently from the day they arrived.

They’re great whilst you’ve got a subscription running. Unfortunately I changed my address and updated on their system. The way I entered it in to their system I missed the number of my flat. Understandably this meant that the item wasn’t delivered. I had also canceled my subscription. Wild nutrition told me I could only get a refund once it was delivered back. As such, I waited for three weeks. They suggested I contact the delivery company which I could not as I didn’t commission them! They now are saying that because it was my fault that they won’t get it back- which I find odd, as they’re the sender, that they can’t give me a refund but a credit note. A gesture of goodwill.

I feel like I’m talking to a robot.

No thanks and terrible customer services - no continuity - I had to send all previous correspondence.

this is correct, their resolution of the credit note has been offered. However, it felt like I have had to go back and forth on this with me constantly providing evidence, requesting emails from me, that I have sent to your department. Until I asked if you actually had those emails too? I don't think it needed to be like this. The issue of delivery it seems, is that you do not have confidence in your delivery company - amazon! I've asked you to investigate the item that has been stated as delivered. This was after you told me you could only refund the item after it was returned back to you, because, you are right, I had missed out the number of the property. You cited your policy letting me know that you don't have to give me anything- hence the gesture of goodwill. But you haven't been interested in the delivery issue. This I find odd.
In any case, the customer service has been awful . Leaving me to constantly repeating myself to be told the same thing, again and again. Hence the AI robot.
I have no faith in this company. Products are decent in my opinion but the other stuff is disappointing.

My capsules arrived damaged, so I reached out to customer support on a Sunday. By Monday they have already sent me a new set of capsules, free of charge and even with priority delivery (they arrived on Tuesday morning)!
Best customer service I have ever experienced, extremely nice and very quick to respond.

I had a very good experience with the customer service team at Wild Nutrition. After my parcel went missing I was sent a replacement and it arrived the next day. Very good packaging and product excellent quality.
