I really wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase. I have purchased a hoodie for my daughter. There was no indication at the time of the order about the delivery time so as I paid for standards delivered I assumed 5 - 7 working days. I have contacted the supplier through the “Shop” App twice and as I received no reply I completed their enquiry form in their website but still no reply about my order. I understand it’s the Christmas period and businesses and Royal Mail will be busy but looking at the reviews it appears this company is shocking for delivery without the additional busy period of Christmas shopping. Really poor customer service as they cannot be bothered to reply either. I’m surprised they are still in business given the poor reviews and lack of communication with their customers. I will not be making a purchase again and I’d rather just have a refund than opposed to waiting for delivery. Oh hang on I can’t ask for a refund as they don’t reply or acknowledge their customers
