I should have come here before ordering. I ordered three otters and 2 of them were broken and did not work. When I asked for a refund I got an email with and American address.
Scam company

Exactly the same issues mentioned. It’s not a UK company. They’re not registered at Companies House. It says it has a UK based warehouse, UK email address, and UK address on the website.

When the faulty item arrived, they said they would refund on return and offered an address in china, but also one in America. Asked them to provide shipping costs due to it being non-uk address and they refused. I will open a dispute with the credit card company I paid using to do a chargeback or open a section 75 against the company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Oh I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot of this scam company before ordering.
I paid almost £30 thinking this company is genuine. I received a faulty item and the seems were ripped.
I asked for a refund but experienced the same as other people who put forward their reviews. My experience is no different to their experience so please avoid these scammers at any cost. I'm very upset :(

This is a scam company with a scam website. They claim to be a UK company but are based in China. They use a UK email address, until you buy from them then you receive an international tracking number. When the goods are not as described, its not the UK that you return your order to for a refund, nope its China. They charge UK prices for a knockoff from China. Please DO NOT BUY from these clowns. This company says it is UK based but has no UK address for the return of faulty goods, having insisted I return the poor-quality 'soothing koala' to an address in China that they have supplied.
The 'soothing koala' arrived too late for Christmas, even though I'd paid extra for same-day shipment; it was torn inside where the battery pack should fit and actually it doesn't fit at all; the controls are only reached by opening up the back of the koala; the 'breathing' section isn't working properly as it is constricted in its movement by there being insufficient space inside the koala for the breathing device to move; the fitting for the device is sewn in upside down. It came with no instructions or box, just in a plastic wrapper.
I've had a number of emails from this company as I've tried to get their UK address but I think this must be some sort of "fake site" - they say they have no UK address for returns yet info on their website indicates they are at 68 Hanbury Street, London E1 5JL. They haven't responded to my email telling them I'm reporting them to Trading Standards as I have paid £28.99 for something that is useless. No point paying a lot to return the item to China and I have no confidence I would be reimbursed. In any event, if they truly are a UK-based company, they ought to have provision for the return of goods to a UK address.
