Had a lady at the door pushing Wildanet services that were due to be installed in the next few months, she was lovely and confirmed that they are installing the Fibre system soon. Over a year has passed still no installation at all. Very poor experience as promises made haven’t materialised and reading recently that the contracts the company took from the government to install my location they will now not be completing as in a rural lane with a few property’s, looks like the company has cherry picked the best from the contract and left others high and dry. Would not recommend this company to anyone as can’t keep promises and expectation, stay away from these unorganised lot if you want results.

Excellent service. The new fibre cable was installed with minimum disruption. The new connection was performed within 24hrs by Kai & Finn, within our property, they installed everything according to our wishes. All the technicians were polite, helpful and accommodating. Thank you Wildanet.

Kai came this morning to set up my broadband. He had to wait for me to come back to the house as it was earlier than I was expecting. He was really pleasant, courteous and helpful. He cleaned up after himself and did a really neat job. I had to contact customer services and they were also helpful. I can't fault the company so far.

Chloe installed the final part of my Wildanet order . There were other people involved such as Ian Curran at Customer Services. I have to say everyone has been Brilliant and I’m impressed with the whole set up. Ian Curran has been exceptional and nothing was an issue and he always contacted me back immediately . Chloe the Wildanet engineer installed my line from outside to inside and made sure I was happy and kept me informed . She was excellent as well .

Chloe was fantastic today fitting our new WiFi. Polite, efficient and clearly went through our new setup, including who to contact if there were any problems. Was conscious not to disturb my husband while working and kept the door closed to prevent my baby from being scared. Great customer service.

Chloe arrived and installed my system.It was a pleasure to have an installer who knew how to change all my equipment over to my new broadband supplier which she did although I don't think lots of people would bother to do it.Nothing was too much trouble for her and the new system is working fine.

Extremely disappointing customer service. It's more than 2 weeks and several email back and forths, and still no resolution. A simple site visit would likely have this resolved in less than an hour.
I loved Wildanet when they first got going. They were efficient, effective, friendly and helpful. I recommended them to others, but in the last few years sadly their customer service and my internet quality has been terrible.
I so wanted this local company to succeed. But right now, I just can't recommend them.
UPDATE - as expected, an engineer was able to fix the problem very quickly. After lodging a complaint and this review, Wildanet got into action. Curiously, the engineer told me that high speed cable was ready to go in my area because he could see it - something the administrators don't seem to be aware of. Come on Wildanet. Please don't become another BT.
