Edward have been five stars except for the $15 delivery charge for a $21 small light item. Purchased a trailer last year and it has been absolutely fantastic..

We’ve had our Wike Trailer for 20+ years and still rolling strong. Had our bike stolen with the “connector bracket” that links the trailer. The phone representative was super helpful, quick and we got the replacement within the week. She even offered to help with how to install!

I was initially disappointed when I attempted to order the WIKE electric Salamander because it said it wouldn’t ship to me. I reached out to WIKE and they were so responsive and ended up figuring something out, and I was able to purchase one. It took a bit to come in because of the circumstances but then shipped very fast once things were worked out. Assembly was a bit of a challenge as the instructions were not clear but I eventually found a video and it was very straightforward at that point. I think they could work a bit on the manual that accompanied the bike as I do find navigating the electric component of the bike confusing. So far I’ve had about a week of riding this and I love it. My kids are a bit squished in the pod but they are on the bigger end (6 & 2 but well within the weight capacity). I still am learning the e-bike component but I am confident it will continue to be awesome. I hope I can figure out how to keep it running through the milder part of winter! Also it is way heavier than I expected!

I was very impressed with Wike. The problem with most companies today is they have sacrificed customer service for volume. Wike still offers an exceptional product with excellent customer service.

It was easy to buy the kayak tower online and it was delivered promptly. I live in the 1000 Islands and can walk to the river. Taking my bike with my kayak in tow gets me on the water more quickly and without taking the car. I have had the cart for 3 summers and have been able to leave the car at home!

Madison was super helpful. We have an older Wike and wanted to finally get the stroller wheel and bar. I emailed pictures of our model. She looked into it and called me back later that day with what we needed. After picking up the parts at the headquarters, I was unsure how to assemble the wheel. Madison patiently walked me through how to make the attachment process. They are a great company and we still use our Wike special needs trailer after 15 years!

UPS notified me of an unexpected charge on delivery > $50. Tariff? Emailed Wike for the reason. Heard back from Wike in less than one business day. They paid the outstanding amount, received package next day. Great products, great service.

Fast delivery. The product arrived in perfect condition. The premium double stroller that I ordered was very easy to assemble and big enough to last our kid until at least 8 years of age. Probably longer. It looks really solid so I have no doubt it will withstand many, many trips, daycare and school drop offs, and grocery runs.

But Don’t charge a customer who has obviously purchased one of your trailers $15 to mail a tiny little envelope that only weighs a couple of ounces

We ordered the large special needs bike trailer. Ordering was easy, and it came very quickly! Quite affordable compared to others we’ve seen. Was very easy to put together, and our daughter instantly fell in love with it. Super sturdy, comfy and beautifully constructed. Was expecting it to be harder to pull but it was smooth and easy. Looking forward to using all it has to offer- especially the rain/ if screen and jogging/swivel wheels. Thank you for making biking accessible to all!
