Super Easy!
The entire process was very easy. wijkopenautos.nl was easy to navigate and filling in the form was straight forward. The offer came through the next day and making an appointment to take in our vehicle cold even be done the same day.
At the inspection office, the car was taken for a quick test-drive and detailed photos taken to be sent directly to head office. The offer (only -300 the original offer...and probably due to a few original errors on my behalf) came back within 10 minutes and the complete experience took 27 minutes from start to finish. I had tried several sites and dealerships and this offer was €1000 greater than the closest offer.
The deregistration form came through immediately and the money was in our account the very next day.

I was very much happy though for the purchase of my car but the price should have gone a little bit up, secondly the payment should be instantly not 2-3 working days, Cus I Needed the money to purchase another. So the company should work hard on that n satisfy the customer, apart from this you are a great company👍

Digital preparation went very smoothly. Easy to set time and date. The reception at the location was unfriendly at first, as if we were unannounced. This turned around later and further transfer went smoothly.

The staff was very helpful via email and also on the phone as I had some questions. Once I got to the drop-off site in Den Haag, the employee was very kind and we patiently waited at the office during the 40 minutes of the car check. Quite thorough! I would definitely recommend Wijkopenautos.nl to anyone selling their car!

Actual price given differs from theprice they give at first (25% lower!). Seems like they use the tactic to give you a high price at first and when finalizing it give you way lower..and since you already there etc..difficult to not accept. Service guy was nice though.
