Shoes arriwed from China. You have to pay for returning the item. I payed 22Euros and send them back, never got my refund back, never got any answer that shoes has been delivered to China. They responded to my first mail according instruction of returning shoes, but never responded again when I asked did they recieved shoes.

Great product! But the delivery time is really long……..

i already have 3 pairs of summer shoes from this brand. now i also have the fur winter shoes. i am delighted with all 4 pairs.

The shoes are comfortable and keep my feet warm. From the side they also look nice but I don‘t like the look of the upper side - they look like mens shoes somehow. It also took quite a long time for the delivery - but as I live in Germany it was still okay for me.

Total rip off. The shoes were 2 sizes too small. On asking for refund, I was offered another pair for free/postahe only and after saying No to that offer I was offered a discount on my next pair. I asked for refund but return fees have to be paid by the customer who hast to send the goods, providing a tracking number Back to China (!). In my Case return fees would have been the proce of the shoes. The shoes itself are cheap and feel like plastic.

This is how I convinced paypal that I got scammed.
I ordered 1 pair barfoot shoes "aus leder" from Wiecel and payed €49.99. They suppose to be leather but they where not. The product was made out of cheap and checmicaly smelling plastic. and had very less to do with barefoot shoes.

The solution from the seller was to keep the shoes with a 20% discount or to return the shoes to CHINA with high shipping costs. (more than the actual value)

I filed a case with paypal to request a full refund. And it took some efford. I choose the option "fake product" and explained the MISLEADING information on there website. Also I provided pictures of the actual poduct and screenshots of the Wiecel website where you could see that the logo was different. (as you might noticed, selecting text or using the right mouse click are disabled on there website... big RED FLAG)

However, first I got an offer of 19.99, I refused in the PayPal app and explained again that it is a fake product, that the product has nothing to do with my order and I want a full refund. Besides that I ONLY will return the shoes to china when the seller pays for the costs because the case is about misleading.

Finaly I got the offer of a full refund BUT I needed to send the shoes back. I didnt, In the tracking code I wrote in capitals "readcomment" and in the comment I provided a explaination that the shipping costs are higher then the actual product. Besides that they want me to ship to china while the company is based in Scotland, the UK. For the picture I uploaded a sceenshot of the DHL shipping cost.

This was enough to close the case in my favor and refund me the total amount of 49.99 without shipping the shoes.

Thanks Wiecel for the wise lesson to always do research in communities like Trust pilot before buying something online.

The shoes were not as promised, cheap material. Returning them, you have to pay for it yourself. They ask for a tracking number so it's even more expensive.
They have refused to accept the parcel so it's stuck in some distribution center. No money back yet. They also tried to get me to buy more shoes instead of accepting my return.
