Dear David,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you couldn’t find your printer model in the dropdown list.
Before purchasing a reset key, we always recommend checking whether your printer model is supported. You can also use our free trial key to confirm compatibility before making a purchase.
Please note that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the product or if your printer isn’t supported.
Kind regards,
WIC Reset Support
Very easy to use
I do not agree with having to pay to reset a counter when you buy and swap the waste ink tank yourself BUT you do and this software is very easy to use and you can pay with PayPal. It walks you through the whole process and was very easy to follow.
