Fabulous printer reset, site.
Although, being a novice, it took half an hour to get my head round the site. The end was well worth it. Worked perfectly. Printer is back to normal again. Saved me $300 on a new printer. Many thanks. Recommended to everyone.

Excellent service from this provider
Excellent service from this provider. And good value too. The free partial trial reset enabled me to complete my printing, saving me a great deal of inconvenience. Then, later, the full reset was carried out cheaply and efficiently using their app and straightforward guidance. So, well done!

Wait for the system to work and ignore the info box red lines.
It worked, but there were so many red notices and a few blue ones in the info boxes that it was hard to follow or know where I was at in the process. Finally a box came up saying the key was accepted and I should turn my printer off so it could restart and work, but I was guessing most of the time.
