West Ham informed me that the item had been lost in transit, seems to be a familiar yarn. I believe they are selling items that are not in stock. Disgraceful!

Evri are the courier company they use which are as much use as a chocolate teapot.
Evri show that the item was received by them but hey ho has suddenly gone missing ???,
I contacted Evri if you can call it that , the recorded message asks if the last few numbers of your ref no are .... You say yes, then they say it will be delivered in the next working day we'll that was a week ago, if you go online to Evri it says to contact the sender, great you think BUT when you call the westham united online store phone number it rings then goes to the engaged tone and surprise surprise you have to hang up.
Well I am now contacting trading standards and will take this further
What the bloody hell has happened to this country, you cannot speak to anyone anywhere how do these companies get away with it.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service! I ordered a badge and a programme for the final, when they came the pin was so poorly wrapped it had ripped through the programme during transit, contacted customer service who were great at this point, said they would send another programme and the finalist pin was sold out so would send me a winners pin once released as was on pre order, since that correspondence on 16th June I haven't had anything, nor any responses to emails I have sent chasing, which I believe is about 5!!! Terrible.

I have now attempted to renew fully expecting a concession price only to be told the concession level has been moved to 66 I have contacted West Ham by telephone after hanging on for over one hour I got through to lady but she could not answer my question as I was 65 at the time that level set for concessions was 65 and subsequent increase should not apply but she cut me off.
This really unacceptable and disappointing to be treated like this I guess it is all about money and the loyal fans really don’t matter. 30 years of paying full price for me and my son doesn’t matter.

Away ticketing scheme
I have been a season ticket holder for 20 years
And since moving stadiums it has been near impossible to purchase a away ticket
I now take my son who is 9 years old who would love to go and experience a away game and now with the new scheme any points myself and dad have to add my son on the lowest amount of points is considered
This is disgraceful. How are you meant to gain points if you can’t get them in the first place
A new scheme needs to be made giving everyone a fair chance of getting a ticket sort it out

I started follow this club in 2018, and it was the same time when I got their customer service. Really love it no matter online or offline. Even I met some issues in payment they would always help soon. Great club and all the best in the future.

turns out I got to create an account for each child. I done that, then went to purchase tickets for it to say there not assigned so I call up ticket office and they are sending me round in circles just to buy 3 LOSY TICKETS

Took three phone calls to purchase tickets for the pre season friendly. Was cut off for the first one, second one no confirmation received (he didn't bother taking all the details). Have spent a total of 3 hrs trying to get it sorted, no replies to email or through social media. There excuse is that their is an excess of calls, well if the online booking system worked, you replied to emails and actually did the job right first time, guess what? Half the people calling would not have too.
