Never received a product I ordered from them. Paid the product and the shipping cost. Customer service claims I received it and check with the neighbors and local USPS. After several emails the up there refund to 65%.

Never received product ordered. When I contacted the company they said it had been delivered at my mailbox and to check with my postal carrier. When I inquired with the post office they said the tracking number was not legitimate and that we had most likely been scammed.
Should have known better :-(

Presented robotic pool cleaner for $59…
Presented robotic pool cleaner for $59 on Facebook. Had lots of reviews... pictures, videos from satisfied customers... Should have know better even though it sounded too good to be true. Product never arrived... stated that is was delivered, left at mailbox. That never would have happened. Emails to these scammers are fruitless. THey are offshore scammers, I believe in the UK. Why facebook allows this to occur, I am not sure but just beware... these people are thieves... no other word to describe them.
