So been a loyal customer for a couple…

So been a loyal customer for a couple of years and enjoyed the site, but soon as I won on my bonus and over turned to real money they send me a email saying that am now blocked from future bonuses, this is ridiculous because I won

Find a better Casino

Ask yourself, why does White Hat Gaming need at least 20 different brandings to exist? Unibet don't, LeoVegas don't. It's mainly to entice you in with deposit matches or offers as you can use get an offer at one branded site and then at another although do it too much and they will stop bonuses.

WHG were burned by the UKGC and fined for lack of KYC's and customer vulnerability checks. Once this happened instead of learning they went totally the other way.
You will be given a deposit limit which you will not be told about nor will it be displayed in your account area. After years of playing I had £500 for the month imposed - which is actually reasonable but this applies across all branded sites. I had to drag this info out of one of their reps. I had a full KYC and sent payslips and proof of winnings from other casinos for source of wealth and I stayed within the £500 limit.

I think what happened next was due to me have a positive net/loss figure across their sites. Whilst I was playing, the game stopped and a message popped up to say that WHG feel I can not afford to gamble and so my account was suspended and has been ever since.

I'm a long time gambler, I know my limits and £500 a month is affordable on my wage. The cheek to just say that I can not afford to gamble. Give over.

Pay-out times are not good in comparison with other casinos. There are many better out there other than WHG. They will go the way of Casumo who also received hefty fines and then went overboard with non-stop checks. They lost plenty of players

White hat gaming (scammer alert)

I would advise avoiding this casino at all costs! They are completely fraudulent and bend all their terms to make you think you are not entitled to cash outs!
Fine example being I have verified my account made a deposit of £60 cashed out £1300 after weeks of not reply and asking for more details than I would need to buy a house they decided to close my account and offer my £60 deposit back.
This is completely illegal and breaks all UK gambling commission laws and not to mention their own terms!
But don’t worry for you out there that have been burned I will be an absolute nightmare for white hat gaming and have written to the gambling commission approached 25+ newspaper and I’m leaving reviews wherever possible! I have also filed a paper with my solicitor!
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Withdraw Time waiting is very Bad

I play on the casino they have good RTP good games problem is they hold you withdraw for very long, not like other casinos they pay in 5mins...looks like their payment is still in the 1990s or maybe they just hold so they can make some interest from are cashout...Customer Service can't really do much they all have scrip to answer just copy past..I am sure the same employers are used on all their casinos sides
White hat gaming need new updates and new management and move with the gambling industry and pay players in 5mins like Videoslots party casino and a lot of other casinos all pay fast
the only way I stop playing is coz of payment takes too long and many times when you deposit you need to wait till they credit your account
I only give 2 stars coz good RTP and good games

HORRIBLE company

Terrible compagnie.
Never play on jonnyjackpot and all their linked casinos.
They just don’t want to pay and will find any reason to not: read their response when I make a retrait of 4600$ !!!
Your account has been found to be in breach of the Promotional Terms:

Beware of these Casinos!

Beware of these Casinos, as soon as a deposit is made they restrict your account with a loss limit even if this is lower than your deposit. You don’t see this unless you check your emails straight after.

You play and lose half of your money through a session and can’t play for another month. This is not how casinos should work! This has happened on 2 occasions and not even large deposits (£80 and £50).

Customer service is awful and frustrating, you may as well be talking to a bot. Same response over and over. No help whatsoever.

Got paid after 3 months PLAYGRAND/WHITEHATGAMING!

Edited review*
Got paid after 3 months.

Stay away from Whitehatgaming!

Especially PLAYGRAND!!!

This online casino is the worst I've ever experienced and I'm not alone with that. Other players also complained about this company via askgamblers.com

Bleib weg von diesem Casino!

Seit Mai diesen Jahres keine Auszahlung meines Gewinns!

Since may this year no payout of my win over 130€! They just feed me with more requests about bank information even I provided my verified PayPal account to them. Hilarious!

And since I'm told from Sean, a manager on duty (Support Host's Team Leader) in live chat, the financial department needs still to review my process, nothing happens but telling me it is still under review and that they haven't the power to follow my demand.

By this method the only thing WHITEHATGAMING/PLAYGRAND is doing is to buy time until my account will be inactive for 12 months cause they excluded it from gaming without my permission, which will give them the right to simply close my gaming account after one year.

Stay away! Go to your local casino instead to play.

Terrible Company

Terrible experience, they have a number of sister sites and their customer service on all is awful. After self excluding on one site they allowed major deposits on the sister site before banning the account. Please stay away and use other more reputable sites the RTP is among the worst around.

updated

So my opinion has changed massively its taken a dispute and a couple of arguments but it shows they acre about there users by listening
firstly as long as you follow the rules there are no issues, the customer service honestly needs some looking into,
game play and reruns are what you would expect from a casino so if you lose thats your fault, stay in control,
site runs smoothly so no real complaints
