Product never came

I never wanted or agreed to any subscription with WhiteBright. They keep sending me products and invoices that I never ordered. I told them clearly before that I wanted to cancel and that I did not want these ineffective items, but they continue to pressure me with invoices.

This is not the first time I’ve experienced something like this. A similar situation happened with LabPharma, where the case was even sent to debt collection, and out of fear I ended up paying nearly 2000 NOK for something I never ordered. Now WhiteBright is doing the same thing – sending invoices and insisting that I “agreed to a subscription” even though I was never properly informed of this.

Their communication is manipulative, and they try to make the customer feel guilty or legally bound when in reality no clear consent was ever given. I asked them to show me proof of where I accepted such a subscription – they cannot.

This feels like harassment and a scam. No one should be treated like this.

I strongly warn others: Do NOT order from WhiteBright!

FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR OWN MENTAL HEALTH AND PHYSICAL HEALTH DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, its not safe for your teeth!!! they claim that its better than the other options out there, that its cheaper and can be done at home. firsly, its not good for your teeth, it wears down the protective layer of your teeth, making them extremly sensetive over time, so basically they both take your money AND your health. they will also not send you any product for six months, and suddenly slap a 2000kr bill and demand you pay before it goes down to inkasso. do not belive these infuences they have been paid alot of money to work with whitebright. i suggest you first search up the amount of times these people have gotten sued for scamming costumers. if you try to contact and adress the issue, they will try to mannipulate you into paying and make you look like you're in the wrong. they will even talk about law at some point, which might scare some people into just paying the large amount of money, but please if you've already in that stage, just file a complain!

If you have already recieved the first package my only advice is not to pay the 79kr, because you WILL get another faktura for over a 2000 kr. A SCAM !!!

I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription and sent back the package that cost more than 2000kr???? That’s imposible. I want to know if someone didn’t pay and they get a debt. Should I pay or not? I’m so afraid

Looks like they're still in the business of misleading people! I just fell into the trap myself and the gaslighting is real! If there are so many people who aren't aware of what they're signing up for - if they were an upright business they would change their marketing tactics. But apparently the MONEY they're making is to good! Their product was even taken off the market by the Norwegian FDA. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before signing up for their 'free' sample.

They completely ignore their own terms of a trial package, ignore your cancelation and subscribe you for 6 months at a time "to be eco-friendly". I sued them and won the case, yet I have not gotten my money back (over a year later). They don't even have a phone you can reach to check status. Additionally the products got retired as they didn't comply with Norwegian FDA regulations.

Worst customer service. Run away if you can. This so-called company runs adds for a "free product" and without realising it, you end up signing up for a subscription. They claim that you had signed for it BUT when you click on every agreement, you think it is for the free product and not the subscription as it does not appear. They use threats, do not answer to your inquiries and do not follow the law as they claim to do so. I am still waiting to hear back from them and it has been a month without an answer. Furthermore, seems like the same person answers to all of the inquiries which makes it very sketchy. Very disappointed to see they are still in business.

Stay from this fraudulent company. I ordered a trial package (which I paid for postage) and to my surprise, I received an invoice for six months' worth of teeth whitening and received an invoice of almost 2094kr and there was no right of withdrawal. I wad not informed of how much the product would cost too. Anyway 3 of the items were defective and so I returned them. They said they will refund my postage and todate nothing is received. Instead, I keep getting invoice reminders, which I am disputing. Ideally what I want is to return their products. What a horrible experience!

Fraud company and cheating people with product which is banned by Norwegain food safety authority and illegal business practices. Refer news in TV2 help and DagAvisen.

I would advise you to stay far of this fraudulent company. I ordered a trial package and to my surprise, I received an invoice for six months' worth of teeth whitening and received an invoice of almost 400kr and there was no right of withdrawal, and I am still receiving an invoice of 300kr. This left me feeling freaky frustrated. It is evident that this company operates illegally and has poor financial standing, which points to their lack of seriousness in their business dealings. Pass far from this fraud!
