I ordered a trial package of 79NOK, nothing more, nothing less. I received last Sunday evening a text message on my phone, threatening with inkasso me to pay 1396NOK for something I have not ordered. The emails they sent can not be answered. Their website is very much user infriendly, as it is not clear how to contact support as all required fields are pointing to the US. So I have chosen what was possible and in the commend field I wrote an email telling them clear that this has to stop immediately. As I didn’t order anything, and I am not going to order anything and certainly not going to pay. Though today I received a package from them which I will return. I will report this to the Norwegian Customer Protection.

Can someone help. I have seen their ads on Facebook and they offered free to check their product. Which is I got bills for 79kr on November without getting their product. So I contacted their phone numbers, but doesn't work except they only accept emails. Which is I did, but no reply. This month I got another 1300kr bills plus message that they send some package. So when I get home I saw package opened outside between my door and neighbor door. So I was surprised the package is open plus 1300kr bills.

I been sending a lot of email, but no reply.

Pls can someone help me?

This is a full scam-
They say that it|s free trial but subscribe you for a membership that you can not cancel.

They tricked my mom with the "free trial". And when she actually got the product she sent it back and thought that was it and didnt hear back from them.

1 year later, after not hearing anything from them, she gets an invoice of 4000NOK and no phone number or chat to reach out to them.

The product also doesnt work! Stay away.

Its all fake. They lure innocent people into an agreement deal, which costs a lot. Watch out for these fraudsters.

This product is not worth anything and the company is tricking you to buy the product via a "testoffer". Its almost impossible to get out of the scam and they dont answer mails.

I have seen an advert on the internet regarding free trial of the tooth whitening products. And I wanted to try filling out the form. After sometime I got the product, that was OK.
Then after a month, I got two packages more with over 1000NOK invoice. I contacted right away with the customer service about how come did it happen.
They showed me obscure gray text under the form saying the subscription starts automatically. That is definitely a dark pattern and deceiving. They told me rejection time is already due after I realize with the coming of products. I felt fooled and saw that their bussiness model based on this tricky stuff. If some customers miss the little pale text, it will be too late to reject after get the invoice. And I am sure there are many in the same situation.
Stay definitely away from the so-called “free” products fron this company.
