They are very punctual and informative....i was in a hurry to get rid of my vehicle n that was very important to me. However I think the prices they offer are way to low especially when they want you to provide pics as proof for a higher price.... they want ur car for basically nothing....if ur NOT in a rush sell the vehicle urself but if u are.... WHEELZY is on point.

The customer service was excellent from the first person I encountered to the last. All it took was one phone call. Transfers to different partners as I came closer to finalizing the deal was seamless. I was on the line with a human the entire time. However, be prepared for negotiations as this is where the majority of your time will be spent. Once you have agreed on a price, the rest of the process was seamless. We were able to schedule a pickup for my vehicle the same day. So, within a couple of hours, my car was sold and I had a check in my hand. They also follow up with you after the sale regarding the bill of sale. This was my first experience with Wheelzy and it was great. They are very professional. I would recommend them.
