Great service, fast pickup.

Customer service was excellent. Stayed in touch, and even confirmed car was picked up and paid. I do have to brag a little on the guys that came and picked up my car. My husband left his phone in the car as they were trying to get it on the trailer and the guy went out of his way to make sure we got our phone back. Its that little bit of trust that makes me want to use a new company again. I would highly recommend using this company especially if your car is all messed up. Got a decent little money for my broken down car.

We submitted our info to get a quote on a Saturday 5/16/26. We were immediately called and given a VERY fair quote for my 2010 Toyota Corolla that was otherwise going to the crusher. However, I wasn’t sure they were legit and wanted to check so we waited to schedule the pickup just so I could check the previous reviews- that weren’t all good but most were,
Keeping their ratings pretty high. Oh and they’re BBB accredited, so that was great. So on Monday 5/18/26, I made the appointment to have my car picked up.
Not going to lie, I still felt it was too good to be true. So I rushed to the vehicle that was at a dealership garage, cleaned out my things, got the tag off and waited for the call from the driver that came within an hour.
The driver showed up, checked out the car, handed me the check, took pics of the car and me with the check and that was that. I went to cash the check and turn in my tag.
Wheelzy made this so easy for me and I truly appreciate the communication!

Easy to reach a real person, knowledgeable staff, and great follow through. The tow driver didn't try to haggle the quote and made sure any personal items were not forgotten in the vehicle. The only negative is the automated messages. Once I comented on it irritating me the staff were prompt in shutting it off.

The price for our vehicle was fair, and the tower was careful not to damage our property as they moved it out of a tight spot. The transaction was smooth; we gave him the keys and title, and he gave us the check for the agreed amount which we were able to cash easily. The service was courteous, professional and pleasant. Easy peasy. We'll call Wheelzy for our next car when it eventually bites the dust.
