Instead of sending me item they raised a credit note without asking me for it. Luckily raised it with paypal.
Should stay away from businesses who play such tricks.
Its simple you dont have stock then simply refund no questions asked.

It would not let me give NO stars. Please please please. do not use this company, Very rude lady called Stacey, no contact to let me know what was happening, I was told by an Irish man that he personally arranged for a new set of axle stands to be sent to me, for the broken ones I had received, sent in pictures, etc, then I was told 10 days later, that they had to determine if they had been used correctly, i.e on the uneven ground, etc. I told her that my husband had not even used them yet, that is how they came out of the box, she then said I will have to send them back at my own expense, I told her even if he had used them, that he would not have used them on uneven ground, he had been using axle stands, ramps, jacks for nearly 30 years and knows how to use them, all the whilst I was explaining this to her, she constantly talked over me, saying I don't care, send them back at your own expense. I told her that i was going to leave a review about poor customer service, she said go on then I don't care. Fuming is an understatement. I then looked up other reviews, lo & behold loads more, please be aware and do not order from them.

Wrong item sent. Made contact and requested it be uplifted and the correct one sent. Initially asked for shipment no’s etc which were provided and the last email I received told me that indeed I had received an item I had not ordered. From then…silence. No response to emails by any other means and I still have the wrong item and not the correct one.

Ordered a roofbox on a Wednesday morning leaving plenty of time for it to arrive before I go on holiday. The next day I get a shipment email from wheels and bits. So far, so good.

Wheels and bits then called me at 4.30pm THE NEXT TUESDAY to tell me that the roofbox I ordered is, in fact, out of stock. Leaving me now on the hunt for a new roofbox.

Very poor service:
a) their website said the product was in stock when it wasn't
b) they sent out a shipment email the day after I ordered to indicate the the roofbox was on its way.
c) they called me 5 days later to tell me it actually wasn't in stock.

Not very impressed.

So I ordered online a pioneer radio a month ago, didn't receive anything and when I ask the guy where is my order he ghost me or he just reply "how can I help you".......
