1 star is far too many for this con of a company. They sell the cheapest nastiest universal roof bars & claim there a custom direct fit for your vehicle when they don't even fit. Obnoxious & Padendtic staff who don't know what there talking about. Avoid these liars.

Bought a set of F clamps via their ebay store. Marked as dispatched, yodel to deliver. Several days passed and no sign of movement on yodel tracking. Contacted this company and was told dispatch means it ha been taken off their system and will be delivered. I asked a genuine question regarding this...Why are yodel still showing the seller has the item and they are waiting to collect. This obnoxious company said they couldn't see what the problem is, and to stop emailing as they have answered my question.
This is their reply "This has been dispatched. Dispatch means dispatched off the system and to be collected. We are unsure what the issue is here? The ETA is 8 days away. The order is not late. Please await delivery, we will not be explain the ETA further as this is not the third or fourth message repeating this". Thick or what?

I recently bought 2 8" G clamps from this seller.Items were dispatched quickly but transit slowed delivery a bit.Seller very helpful in tracing order.Items arrived and I'm delighted with them.Product extremely strong in clamping both wood and metal.Very reasonable price for both And Free Postage too.Would Recommend Seller and product both.They'll give me hopefully long time.

Ordered an air line on the 24 th may , had a tracking number and indicated it was dispatched, it said the 30th it would be here by 8 pm from 8 am in the morning , checked amazon site after 8 pm , it said I might get it after beginning of June, it clearly wasn't dispatched at all , sounds like it wasn't in stock in the first place , what a crap service this is , buy your items somewhere else , even if its more expensive, k g

Scam sellers claim that is sent my item for yodel. No delivered contact the Yodel Yodel is adamant that they still have the item. They are adamant that they have cent parcel They haven't received it and this is as far as I get with every other two companies so just avoid the just seems to be like a scam company if I'm honest that doesn't actually care about the customer or customer service

Terrible company. They sell on Amazon and advise items fit your car but I can confirm they do not fit! I then had the pleasure of dealing with the rude and unhelpful staff, customer service is non existent with this company. I had to get Amazon to step in to help resolve the issue which they did but it took forever. Hate to say this to a small family run business but - Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered seat covers via Ebay from WheelsnbitsLtd and gave my registration for Renault Austral 2024 to confirm correct fit. BUT NO!!
Have since read reviews which I should have done before purchase.

Ordered a vehicle wash brush from #wheelsnbits via Ebay and #Yodel are the parcel delivery company. Yodel state it was delivered to security (we don't have security), then it was delivered to a warehouse operative (We are an office only). It was then delivered to me (i was away) and they have a photo as evidence. I then had to get a proof on non delivery (used to be an unsigned POD). #YODEL do not investigate after 14 days (3 days over) and Ebay know this apparently. So that's it Fleabay have closed the case. No evidence whatsoever is no longer required for goods to be shipped in the UK.

JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOWS THE NEW NORM.....

Catastrophic company, seller used my money since 14 days. Still don’t received refund.
He has postage information 3-5 days delivery. I don’t received my order since 12 days. Not compensated for me. Not sorry or anything written only waiting, wait…, I explained my situation ( after one week we are not in a address) they didn’t say anything about. Horror company

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
Sold me a wrench that broke on first use. I sent photos in and they asked for my email address so they can refund me, then they completely changed their tune and said they can only send another wrench if I send the old one back. Meanwhile I threw the brown one away.
I explained that I already have a new one as I had to change a when when the original one broke so I need a refund.
This was the owner who kept changing the story and couldn’t write a decent message that is understandable or polite in any way.
A very rude individual with no business ethic or morals. Beware!

Found this firm on ebay and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the item I purchased and how professional this firm are

Inquired as to whether item would fit my vehicle, assured it would, it did not fit. Had to return item, they did not confirm that item had been returned and did not provide refund. Stopped responding to emails. Had to claim funds back through paypal.

Phoned Wheels N Bits - they sent another jockey wheel express shipment and it arrived on time and in good order. This is a company that went the extra mile for a customer. Will recomend and use again

Ordered amplifier (Pioneer monoblock 8701) and received complete different one (Pioneer 8704, 4 channel with smaller power) . Contacted the seller and they confirmed they don't have 8701 in stock and won't have for a foreseeable future. Now have to return the amp. Project ruined for now. Avoid.
