Worst customer service I've ever…

Worst customer service I've ever received! My order had no updates after 7 business days. I emailed them and more days had passed.. then finally I got any email stating I'd get a refund. No
Explanation as to why this occurred.NOTHING was commincated clearly! In all honesty they did me a favour than to waste alot of money on such a business that acts like it owns a gold mine 😂

Poor quality service provided to clients told to stop annoying us when i simply had asked if certain pieces of clothing will be made, given prices of clothing are not cheap! I am NOT Abusing anyone I am complaining about your poor service

Have been a regular customer almost since their inception visited their Croyst staying Sydney every week and don’t ever recall a time I would leave empty handed and would have spent over $20k at this store even when Mel closed down and “retired “ to Perth but must have worked out she needed to keep designing and manufacturing and now sells on line to maintain her expensive lifestyle!
This I wouldn’t mind but I don’t expect when asking politely on her form which is obviously only reviewed by some Mignon working for MEL, if they(MEL) could possibly make some capris (timeless elegance) Leather and ponti skirts and Gigi dresses in pink or red as she only has one listed for sale in baby blue.
And the response I finally received today after being ignored for months was “to stop annoying us”

Having been a CPA IT Consultant and hold my ITIl managers certificate and have been sent on numerous conferences to understand the client and that for every negative posting made will be read by 220 clients or prospective clients I know that I deserve better treatment and wish to warn others that may buy from her not to expect high quality customer service which I expect from any company charging as much for her clothes which is mostly all repeats of previous releases.

You may post all of my previous statements you never responded to any at the time to contradict what I stated. I never abused or harassed you if that is Mel anonymously typing! I will defend all my claims with my lawyer if need be.
Kind regards
Edwina

Some of my favourite clothes

Some of my favourite dresses, skirts & cardigans omg the dita cardigans are so gorgeous. I always get compliments wearing their clothes. It was easier when I was size 12 but Ive grown out now so sadly can only fit their 16s & 18 sizes atm. But luckily there's good resale value & have sold anything that doesn't fit me anymore on marketplace. I've found the sizing charts to be fairly accurate & shipping is timely. Still one of my favourites & yes many celebrities wear them if that's any indication of them having quality clothes.

Sadly very disappointed

Sad to say I came here to see how people found purchases as I had a very poor experience. I received a too I ordered and a button came off straight away. It fitted poorly too so I was hoping I could at least exchange to try another size or different style. I was told no as it had a new year sale % amount off. I have always loved Wheels and Dollbaby for its beautiful style but must agree with other reviews here that quality us very poor for the price and customer service is very disappointing.

TEMU Quality

The dress I recieved today is not the dress pictured.

The materials are cheap, shiny, smelly, crinkly and plasticy.

The lace is totally sheer unlike the image.

Its very disapointing this is the quality of the items they are selling now. Its like shein/temu plastic fake fabric.

Its even more disapointing that they are misleading their customers with images of different garments with higher quality fabrics.

Its like a dupe, cheap swingtags tags etc

The opposite of luxury.

Ive contacted the site for a refund, but this is unacceptable.

Nice Coat, Poor Service

I discovered the Uptown Girl coat and fell in love with it. The sizing chart on the website was a bit confusing so I contacted customer service to ask their advice, and waited to hear from them. I heard nothing so I re-contacted them. Still nothing. The third time they actually replied, with a short, almost terse response, no sign off to the email, no name at the end of the email, and whilst they gave me sizing advice they also told me they knew the sleeves were especially long.
So I went ahead and ordered, and the coat arrived and it was/is gorgeous, which it should be for approximately 10 times what you'd pay if you ordered on eBay direct from China. I love supporting local businesses and this was a stunning item, so I felt good about it.
They had told me the sleeves were long but they were REALLY LONG, as in my fingertips were dangling out the end. I thought perhaps I could live with it that way, but I felt ridiculous, and also I'd just spent hundreds of dollars on a coat that almost looked like I'd got it out of the dress up box because the sleeves were ludicrously long. So I had them professionally altered, to the tune of just under $50. As Wheels and Dollbaby had told me the sleeves were too long, this indicated a known problem with the item so I thought perhaps they might do me the courtesy of refunding me the alterations cost. But no, this was just my personal choice according to them. It took me two attempts before they would reply, the first time again with no name or sign off.
So, a lovely coat with a known problem which there is no accountability for, and fairly ordinary customer service.
