DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
They say your contacts are in stock and will be delivered in 3 days.
This company just drop ships from China!
They claim to be located in NSW but when you look deeper their address is just a PO Box.
They don’t give you proper updates, they will be rude to you if you ask where your order is.
This company has a .com.au domain address and is impersonating an Australian company but very unlikely they are actually located here.

Incredibly slow delivery

Incredibly slow delivery. Order placed on 21st December. Email to say shipped on 31st December, shipping label not created until 6th January. Emailed the company who responded promptly but were unable to confirm that the parcel was actually with AusPost until 14th January. Even allowing for bank holidays this is 15 working days since order and order not yet received.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company.

Ordered ‘in stock’contacts which turned out to be ‘not in stock’ on the 22nd of December - it’s the 13th of January and I’ve yet to receive them.

I got a tracking update on the 6th saying label has been created with no further update as of today. No help from Lensworld customer support, they’ve just blamed it on AusPost delayed tracking.

Long delivery time and poor communication

Stated "4-5 days delivery" - however allegedly my order wasn't shipped until after that. Then tracking information stuck on "processing" ever since. Tracking information not via any actual courier site nor auspost. Seems to be a regular issue reading the other reviews,o wish I'd checked first.
Update - on enquiry I was assured lenses were definitely posted 5 days after ordering and delays were the fault of "their courier". It was actually 7 days after that when Australia Post finally received shipping information. A few more days passed before Australia Post received the actual package for shipment. So not only poor shipping, customer service outright lied in telling me my order had been posted 10 days earlier than it actual had been. Website states 4-5 days delivery... it was 15 days after ordering that my order was sent. It will be 21 days by the time I receive it, according to Australia Post tracking.

Appalled

Appalled. I ordered my standard contact, and what I received was a lesser brand of contact, in a fake box branded with a sticker!! Disgraceful- I have been totally ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Money lost - no order shipped out

No response from email or customer service phone number. Took my money, made the shipping label but haven't delivered the item. I placed the order on Nov 12 and they promise a 4-5 business day delivery. It's Nov 25 and there have been no updates regarding this order. I don't know if I've just lost my money.

Slow and terrible customer service

Placed an order and received an email within a day that a shipping label had been printed, however no updates from there. Website states orders received within 4-5 days and I have now been waiting beyond that. No response to emails and phone calls go to a recorded message bank with no return calls.

Delays, out of stock, poor customer service

Website states the product will be shipped within "5-10 business days".Then advised product would be shipped within 3-4 weeks. Instead of apologising for the delays or issues and shipping with an overnight service they shipped with the standard 3-4 business days shipping. Absolutely zero support, concern, or apology from "customer service"

NEVER have stock but allow you to pay, ridiculous!!!

They do not update their stock levels on their website, it will let you order & pay for contacts but the second you order/pay you have to click on the account/order status and 7 times out of 10 it states “backorder or refunded” because they don’t even have the stock they advertise…
WHY LET PEOPLE ORDER AND PAY FOR THE ITEM THEN!?!?
NOT reliable if your need these for University study or work which is a pain in the @#*£ because they are the only company offering 3 months worth at a time.
COMPANY NEEDS AN OVERHAUL!
