High quality but shipping is expensive
I've ordered from the weverse shop app multiple times since it was launched. I bought the MOTS: Persona album set, BTS World album, MOTS: 7 album set and the Bangbangcon The Live ticket (no shipping required) so far. All of these items were bought during pre-order periods.
I have never actually experienced any astronomical customs fees like many others have, but I can say that the shipping is a little staggering, especially when it's almost always half the price of the item or higher. I know that BIGHIT have announced that they're opening warehouses in other locations in order to lower shipping fees, but for now, they're pretty high no matter what item you buy. I still prefer using the official weverse app to other sites like Ebay when buying new releases because I know exactly what I'm getting and the shipping has always been on time for me.

Delivery and Import Taxes ruin this experience
Honestly, when I saw the pricing on TXT’s Lightstick I decided I’d buy it from Weverse and not elsewhere (31,5$). Adding the shipment expenses (22,67$), I then paid through PayPal 54,17$, which to me was fine up until then... (about 46,14€).
The thing is, once it arrives in your country you have to pay extra fees - 56,17€ from Import Duties.
Resuming: I paid 102,31€ in total, from which only about 26,83€ concerned the item.
Therefore, I would rather have paid more for the item, and give it’s profit to Big Hit or TXT (at least I think they would deserve it).
Was considering adhering to the membership but all of these extra expenses are holding me back.
The order came in perfect conditions, which is why I am giving it more than 1 star.
Please consider partnering with other delivery companies.
Expensive customs tax on top
I bought an Army Bomb shi h was $55 including the shipping. But they did not say you would need to pay for customs tax too so i ended up paying $90 overall 😭 Guys if you have merch in your own country who sell authentic stuff, please go there instead of buying from weverse because you will end up paying more
Awful service
I ordered from them on the 21st April with the promise of my parcel being shipped on the 23rd. It got to the beginning of May and heard nothing. They did not inform any fans who ordered from them that there was a delay until they started getting sent messages asking what was happening.
Contacting their customer support is pointless, they take over a week to respond and when they do it's such a generic response that there was no point in evening contacting them. They then immediately close your customer service case so that you cannot question them further without opening another case.
My parcel was finally shipped and I understand there will be delays due to Covid-19. When it arrived in the UK I was then sent a letter informing me of a customs charge of £63. There is no information on their website/app regarding customs fees and whether you can get a refund. So not only did I spend nearly £200 on merch and a £30 shipping fee, I now have to spend £63 on customs to even receive it. I understand that customs fees are not up to Weverse but I have ordered from Asia numerous times and never had this.
My parcel is due to be delivered tomorrow after reluctantly paying the customs fee. It's such a shame that they have such bad communication and customer services as they have such nice merch for their artists. Do not order from here unless you're happy to wait months and pay a ridiculous amount.
Customer service is terrible
The reason I give it 3 stars is because of the following reason(s):

- Legit and good quality merchandise, never had any problems with orders.
- You build up cash and rewards within the app
CONS:
- Customer service is terrible

>There was also an issue with middle names. They stated you HAVE TO have your middle name on your Army membership card and on your account etc if you want to join events. Army asked if it is really necessary, and everyone got different answers from customer service. They also have not provided a clear answer, or an option to solve this. There was only a weird solution to change your name if you accidentally inserted your last name in the first name section etc. They handled this poorly
