Surprisingly, my album was delivered on time. I pre-ordered Be Essential Edition so the shipping day was supposed to be on February 19th. Mine has been shipped on the 22nd because I pre-ordered it very late. I only waited a week until I received my order, which shocked me because I have seen all those bad reviews (that are legitimate by the way) and because some others fan that are from the same country has mine said that it could literally take AGES. I am very satisfied !

Whenever you contact them about an issue, they don’t read what you tell them and just decide everything’s fine. Totally useless and unhelpful. If you can order from anywhere else avoid them at all costs!
I preordered BE and after awhile it…
I preordered BE and after awhile it still hadnt come in. It said it came to my country and province but then they sent it back. I contacted DHL and they said it was returned to shipper. The bot wont give me anything in customer service. I dont know how or if ever I'll get my album. I'm really disappointed. It just says its shipping but it's literally taken a trip around the world and went right back and I still dont have it in my hands
They simply don’t care
I’ve sent several messages to Customer Support about the shipping status of the Membership Kit. It clearly states on the app that it will be shipped in the quarter following the quarter of purchase. It’s now well into the second quarter after purchase and still no sign of the Membership Kit! My country is not on the list of affected countries and in December I received a separate purchase for Weverse without a problem! It’s so frustrating to see the release of the second “Merch Box” when so many people still haven’t received the original Membership Kit! Surely Weverse Shop can do better?!

DO NOT BUY... whether UK, USA or anywhere else... they have awful customer service and charge extortionate postage (£30 for BTS pre-release CD and box) and when it's not delivered they do not refund this even though it is THEIR fault if the item is returned from their customers for not filling in the forms correctly. They do not seem to track the customer experience and you can be waiting months for anything to happen. We originally ordered in October ... and will not refund until it is received back with them event though tracking online is very clear... very sad :-(
One of the worst customer services…
One of the worst customer services in-universe. Packages not sent due to Corona, yet they have DHL listed as a possible courier, they keep sending copy pasted answers and closing inquiries, so you can't send follow up questions. After a year I still don't have my package and now I found out, they delete orders after year, so I have no idea how to deal with it now. Any solution like returning me the price of shipping and keeping the merch kit, changing the address to a different country or using different courier was met with complete disinterest on the side of the employees. As someone who worked in music store shipping orders to the whole world, I find this extremely unprofessional.

I'm sorry.... But I've ordered BTS vinyl here.... And I still haven't received it. It's ridiculous. If you can find someplace else to purchase.... Go elsewhere..... you'll end up waiting forever.

Their customer service is terrible. You will always receive a auto response and they will never help you with anything. Their shipping is slow, I’ve waited almost a year for a product. They canceled a product on me without my approval and when I complained about it they said they couldn’t help me??? Their shipping is also overly expensive. You won’t get what you pay for at all
weverse has some severe issues
I had issues with three different orders last year. I contacted customer service wondering why my packages wouldn't ship and was told it was due to the pandemic. Eight months and a lot of back and forth with customer service later, I was finally informed that it had nothing to do with covid but with the shipping adress. They had probably just been too lazy to look into it. My biggest issue is the lack of communication between the company and the customer. When you write to them they won't even bother to answer the questions but rather send you an automated response about covid or other information that you could easily look up yourself.

It took ONE YEAR for the membership package to come after i paid 30$ EXPRESS SHIPPING because other shipping methods were not available at the time because of the presale that was supposed to happen in 2020. AND i can see when and where the package was on the tracking page. It had absolutely nothing to do with the pandemic!!! They were just too sloppy with their orders and didn’t ship it out! The customer service which was a robotic message never helped me!!! They only reassured me FOR ONE YEAR that the package would come. I want the 30$ for the express shipping back. Do they even know what EXPRESS means?!?!

Have been waiting over a year for an order I can't even cancel as they keep the status in "shipping soon" (its been shipping soon for 8 months). Their customer service is terrible. Have been told multiple times the order will ship soon and it never does. They don't fill out customs forms correctly so you are guaranteed to pay more in import and tax than you pay for the item.
Weverse is a complete shambles
Weverse didn’t complete the customs declaration properly. I managed to get my tax back from the customs team but they won’t refund my parcel force admin fee, despite having a letter from customs saying they filled it out wrong. That aside, their customer service is terrible, they send auto responses and never read what you’re trying to say. They’re shipping times are slow, you can be waiting months for something. The shipping costs are outrageous and when you get something for free, you have to pay for shipping. They want international fans money but don’t provide a good service.
Weverse is a no go
Weverse to me is awful for two reasons.. one is the fact that postal codes suddenly need to be in 99999 format.
The second is I had an order on shipping soon for over two months. I contacted them several times about it. They also told me they can't cancel it. I opened a dispute through PayPal and suddenly they were able to cancel. If your order is on shipping soon for a long time make screenshots of the e-mails and messages you sent them and open a dispute with PayPal or your creditcard company, be sure to escalate it to PayPal after opening it so they can review everything. It helped for me and I was refunded.
If you can find a reseller for the items you want please use them instead of Weverse.
Im so done with Weverse Shop
Im waiting for a pre order BTS Skool Luv Affair S.E album for almost 5 months now. Shipping soon for months as status and not able to cancel the order. Im going to refuse this order if ever being shipped. This is not the first time, even before covid19 they let you wait for months. Customer service is indeed not very helpfull. I also payed €48 custom fee for 2 photocard sets. Grazy isn't! Weverse shop only ships with stupid DHL who mailed me the custom fee even before the item arrives in my country. Both company's are leeches as they drain down your bank account and you end up with a overpriced item that way. No more buying at Weverse shop for me!

it is understandable that due to the current pandemic it takes a lot longer to ship out the orders. but it is around 10 months ago that i bought the membership kit and it still hasnt been shipped out yet! on the other hand a friend of mine got the memebership a month later than me but already received their kit about 2 months ago and they live in the same country as me!! so i dont understand this at all. i texted the costumer service several times but i always got the same reply; please wait, due to the pandemic the shipping takes longer than usual.
soon my membership takes an end and i dont know what to do :)

Insanely Horrible Customer Service
On April 16, 2020, I placed an order from Weverse a membership kit. I waited the accustomed 6 months but now we are 10 months post purchase. No merchandise, a standard shipping soon notice in the order and no further details. You can not speak to a human being, they open a ticket and close the ticket when they send you an innnocuous note saying we check your order and it’s shipping soon! This is abominable customer service. This might be acceptable in other parts of the world but not here. Please clean up your customer service mess!

I dont understand how can such billionaire company have such terrible shipping and customer service! I think they take advantage of our love for bts but its not fair that even paying so much money for shipping (sometimes shipping is more expensive than the actual product) and still we dont get tracking code, it takes months to arrive! Sometimes things dont arrive at all! Its a big scam!
