Mr. Bishop has been dishonest. My wife and I made a order five months ago with receiving our products. We repeatedly ask about our order and then ask for a refund. Bishop said we would get it but never did. Now we are being ghosted on messenger and he never answers the phone or returns calls. Wouldn't recommend wet jet performance.
I ordered an impeller and removal tool from Wet Jet Performance on May 27. The impeller arrived, but the tool was backordered—a detail that was never disclosed at checkout.
After weeks of silence, I had to reach out multiple times through their contact form, chat, and even Facebook messages. No one responded. Eventually, I posted in their own Facebook group to get answers.
Only after that public post—22 days later—did the owner finally respond and issue a refund for the tool. He claimed the refund had been sent “weeks ago,” but I have timestamped evidence proving it was issued only after the post went up.
Instead of taking accountability, the owner responded with sarcasm, deleted the post, mocked me in the group, and then blocked me from messaging further. Screenshots of the entire conversation and timeline are available on request.
