Rude, aggressive people.
I've never encountered such rudeness and blatant harassment anywhere in Sweden until now. The company owns a property on Hyllie Vattenparksgata in Malmö, where we rented an apartment. When my wife arrived to return the keys (unfortunately, I couldn’t be there), she encountered unfriendly, rude, and aggressive people who physically pulled her into the apartment, although she wanted to wait a few minutes for the cleaning company representative who was running late. There were some cleaning oversights in the apartment, which can happen, but they were the responsibility of the cleaning company. Tornet's employees began verbally abusing my wife, bringing her to tears. Calling the police might have been necessary, but of course, they have more important matters to attend to. I strongly advise against dealing with this company. They ruined the day for all of us over a few stains on glass surfaces that were the responsibility of a different company.
Terrible people.
