Have bought many products from WTPH. Products are good quality and the customer service is UNMATCHED. Had a minor issue with one of the products and Lauren from customer service reached out to me via email to let me know they forwarded my issue to quality control department and they sent me a replacement free of charge. 5 star customer service provided! Prices Are Amazing, I received discounts the more I ordered which definitely made a difference from other companies I was looking at. Their holsters and products have perfect reviews which made my decision even easier. I reached out to the company as well as following the online system. As a government agency I expected someone to contact us to see if we could received tax exemption and if there was a LEO discount. Never heard back from the vendor. If this wasn't specific for what our SA wanted we would have purchased else where.
