Hello We The People Holsters Support Team,
I am submitting this complaint regarding the holster order I recently placed. Before completing the purchase, I specifically asked your representative about the expected delivery timeframe because I was going to be out of town for two weeks. I explained that I preferred the holster to be shipped to my temporary location for the next three weeks.
Your representative advised me not to ship it to my temporary address and stated that, based on the 2–10 business‑day production window and delivery time, it would be best to have the holster shipped to my home address. I relied on that guidance when placing the order.
However, only two days later I received an email stating that a shipping label had been created. When I contacted customer service to correct the address, I was told it was “too late” to modify the label — even though DHL had not yet picked up the package. I was then told to wait until USPS received the package and pay $20 out of my own pocket to request an interception and forwarding.
To be clear:
The package had not been handed off to DHL at the time of my request.
Redirecting the package would have cost your company nothing, yet I was told you “do not offer this service.”
The only alternative offered was to refuse delivery and request a refund, minus shipping costs — meaning I would still incur a loss due to incorrect guidance from your representative.
This situation was entirely avoidable. I followed the instructions provided by your staff, and the result is unnecessary inconvenience, additional cost, and a lack of customer‑focused support.
I am requesting one of the following resolutions:
Cancel the shipment and issue a full refund with no deductions, including shipping,
OR
Redirect the package at no cost to me to the temporary address I originally asked about.
Given the circumstances and the fact that the error originated from the guidance I received from your representative, I believe this is a reasonable and fair request.
Please advise on how you will resolve this matter.

Had a need for a holster
Had a need for a holster, they had many to chose from. After to failed attempts, MY FAULT, not theirs, I got the correct holster for my gun. Somehow I managed to lose a screw, they were very responsive to my situation and sent a replacement repair kit immediately. Could not be more please with this company. Highly recommend them.
