Ok, We have been on the top package with Werankanysite.com for 4 months now. Until last month, we saw no great progress but things have really started moving over the last few weeks. Our keywords that are quite competitive have all jumped to the top 5. They said it was because they disavowed some dodgy links the last company did and Penguin just got refreshed but the fact they knew what to do and acted quick just shows their expertise. No other company suggested a disavow file and we have been with 3 other companies in the last 3 years. The results are that the phones are ringing again and there is a nice buzz in the office. They said its only the beginning so we have our fingers crossed. In short, very decisive, very efficient and most importantly seeing results. Just give them some time to do their thing before expecting to see your site in the top 3. The only complaint would be that they can be slightly slow in replying to emails but who cares when the results are clear to see.
