Gates installed five years ago and needed looking at as out of sync. After sales service was excellent! Stuart went through everything with me and located and sorted the problem. Friendly, helpful and a credit to Wentworth Gates. Thank you very much.
Great customer service - David was professional, courteous and knowledgable. Getting a quote, placing the order were smooth and the installation was quick and easy. We’re really pleased with the gates.
Service was prompt and polite. The quality of the product and the installation was exceptional with the team going the extra mile to repair the wall that had been previously damaged by a tree root. I really can't fault them and have recommended them to family and friends alike. I waited a while to write this review so that I could comment on the performance and reliability of the product with some confidence.
Wentworth Gates installed a Doorbird bell in our home and were called out to fix our electric gates months ago. The initial installation was poor and they have not followed up on any of the issues we have raised (the doorbell has been fitted incorrectly and does not ring on one of two gates). We have repeatedly called and emailed requesting a return visit and they have not responded. We are now having to find a new company to fix the faults of Wentworth. I would not recommend this company for gate installation nor fitting.

All members of the team are polite, extremely knowledgable and exceptional customer care not only at point of sale but continues to after sales too. It’s a shame more companies are not like this.
Absolutely love my gates (and pillars) from the wentworth team. It has really given my home the wow factor, was made stress free by the team and knowing that someone was always on the end of the phone if needed
