Ordered a finger prick ferritin blood test, has now been over 6 days since they received my sample and still no results, despite their website saying results within 2 days!. Don’t waste your money on this company, will stick with Thriva.

My 83‑year‑old father purchased a mobility scooter from Welzo hoping to improve his independence. Instead, the scooter arrived faulty and completely unusable, and what followed was a deeply stressful ordeal that no vulnerable customer should ever endure.
It took numerous emails back and forth—far more than should ever be necessary—for Welzo to even agree to take back the faulty scooter. Instead of acknowledging the fault immediately, they repeatedly insisted that an “engineer” needed to assess it, despite the fact it had never worked from the moment it was delivered.
Welzo also insisted that my elderly father should dismantle parts of the scooter, fit components himself, or send it back at his own expense. Only after persistent challenge, quoting consumer law, and refusing to accept their incorrect interpretation of their returns and warranty policy did they finally agree that a refund was appropriate.
Even then, they initially issued only a partial refund, wrongly withholding the return shipping cost until my father complained yet again.
All of this caused significant and unnecessary stress for an elderly man with reduced mobility who bought this scooter because he genuinely needed it. He spent hours speaking with his credit card provider under Section 75 protection and countless hours emailing Welzo just to receive the refund he was legally entitled to from the start.
The level of resistance, lack of clear communication, and unwillingness to acknowledge basic consumer rights was incredibly disappointing. A company selling essential mobility equipment must provide far higher standards of care, compassion, and responsibility.
The matter is now finally resolved, and the full refund has been issued — but the experience has left us with no trust or confidence in Welzo. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing mobility products from this retailer.

I have just been blown away by the most friendliness, patient and helpful lady from Wezlo .
Her name is Anna Phillips I don’t write reviews generally but I felt like she needed to no how lovely it was to deal with her while she resolved my issues and also let the company no what a gem they have working for them.
It’s a very rare quality she has that most people that don’t have.
So I just wanted to thank her for all her help.
Also because she is such a loyal employee she deserves treated well and have deserves a pay rise or a big fat bonus.

I have been struggling with fertility issues, which is an incredibly emotional and difficult journey. I sent my blood sample off on a Friday and my results were ready for me on a Sunday. An email with a login to view my results and the breakdown of the results are very easy to understand and well described. A fantastic company to get your health stats checked.
