Blanket was delivered quickly and is really good quality. I have chronic inflammation due to endometriosis and hEDS so although it is still early days using the blanket I have already noticed how it helps my muscles relax more and makes it easier to do some good stretching. Thank you!

Their kits never come on time and it…

Their kits never come on time and it takes ages and multiple emails back and forth to get the results back. This is the second time I ordered, paid for next day delivery, we are at the end of day 4 and of course the parcel is still nowhere near me.

Edit: I waited 6 days for delivery, emailed customer support again and got a reply that the kit had not even been dispatched yet and would be coming later this week, most likely.
I obviously cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere. Why would you take money for next day delivery if you never deliver on time? Also, it's below any reasonable standard not to inform clients of any delays until challenged.

I should have read your reviews prior to ordering, 20% od your clients rated you 1-star. Can't be coincidence.

I do not recommend this company. Steer clear.

Scam company - misleading advertising

I bought a device that was supposed to be an RF faciel device. Nothing in the specifications of this device confirmed that. Actually proper specification was missing. From over 2 months I'm trying to return it. The device has been not touched. There us 0 progress in the return. Despite me emailing them and they assuring me that this is being dealt with. Stay away from this scam company. Once they have your money you never see it back.

Hi Thomas… just to say I’m using my mat…

Hi Thomas… just to say I’m using my mat 2ce a week for now, 20mns at a time, it’s been surprisingly brilliant at relaxing the muscles on my neck and shoulders, always had trouble with this area due to Spondylitis and years of heavy lifting, sleep really well after a session to.. the other thing is: for the past 3 years I’ve had so much tightness cramp down my left left from my glutes… this mat has gotten rid of that… at least now I don’t have to visit the Osteopath or Chiropractor as often as I have been ie every other week….. brilliant 😁
