The products were as expected however the delivery service was unhelpful.
I am 82 and the driver was very curt when asked if he would take the goods to my front door. He refused and was indifferent to the possibility of items getting stolen when left by the roadside.

Selling baths that aren’t comparable either UK pipes
I bought a bath from WLB via eBay. Turns out it has European pipes/waste etc . No mention was made of this in the listing, no adaptor included. The appropriate sized parts were not to be found on any uk site, meaning the bath couldn’t be fitted. I tried on numerous occasions to contact by phone, eventually I got through only to be told that they wouldn’t speak to customers that bought through eBay on the phone. I messaged many times, had to wait for a response which was always polite but completely unhelpful. They asked their supplier for advice and the supplier said they didn’t realise it didn’t have British standard pipes. In the end they said they would collect the bath, which is pretty hopeless as we just wanted an adaptor, but had to agree. That was three weeks ago, no response to my messages asking when they’ll collect. I paid £700 for the bath, 42 years of plumbing experience couldn’t find a reliable, insurance valid solution. THEY ARE STILL SELLING THE BATH! Hopeless, awful company, a total rip off. AVOID, there are so many bathroom companies out there, go to one with integrity and customer service.

I now understand the confusion. However, the courier Arrow XL need to have a system whereby the customer can reply to their messages. It states do not reply to this message. I therefore take back my negative comments as you have explained very well all the confusion. You actually operate a very good service.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed your order, we can see that the original shower tray was booked for delivery with Arrow XL. Upon checking with the courier, they have advised that they received a response to their delivery booking request stating that the goods were no longer required, and as a result they began the process of returning the tray back to us. At that stage, we had not received any communication from yourself requesting that the order be cancelled or returned.
When you later contacted us to advise that you had not received the delivery, we raised a replacement order immediately to avoid any further delay whilst the courier investigated what had happened to the original shipment.
Following this, you contacted us again to advise that the replacement tray had the waste outlet in the wrong position. The replacement had simply been raised as an identical replacement for the product you originally ordered. Once we advised that we could supply an alternative tray with the waste positioned as you required, you decided not to proceed as there was a price difference and instead requested that the order be cancelled.
We appreciate that this was a frustrating experience and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We continually review feedback relating to our delivery partners to help improve the service we provide.
