I'd use again
Order made & delivered within a few days. Reading the reviews gave a cause for worry, but my experience with Welly Warehouse has been a positive one.
Only down side was the carrier that dropped the parcel over the gate but visible to passers by.
Option to deliver to a Post Office or Pick up point would have been appreciated.
In response to your reply, though NOT A PROBLEM OF YOUR MAKING, I have the Royal Mail app and a safe place set, but the app is poor. Options for delivery are only possible on the app when the parcel is at the local depot ready for delivery. I've had parcels delivered to home, (thrown over the side gate), when the app says they're still waiting for the parcel to be received at the depot, so no in app delivery options available at that stage. That is why I stated an option at purchase for delivery to a Post Office or pick up point is preferable to me.
Your Trustpilot rating is very good & I'm pleased with your service, but having been caught out online once, I always check various review sites and low score reviews to inform me of who I'm dealing with.

While delivery decisions are ultimately made by the carrier, Royal Mail does provide customers with the option to add delivery instructions through the tracking link, including nominating a safe place or a neighbour to receive the parcel if preferred.

Very poor customer service
As a Business Manager myself I'm not one to write negative reviews as I know the impact they can have and often not called for.
But on this occasion I felt compelled to write about my experience of very poor customer service which I have received from Welly Warehouse trying to submit a warranty claim on a premium brand which are cracked and leaking after just over 6 months of minimal use is appalling.
I requested how I could submit a complaint and was told I wasn't able to. Sadly I won't be recommending this company to anyone 😕

We're sorry that you were unhappy with the outcome. However, we'd like to clarify that your warranty claim was accepted and we offered you the choice of either a replacement pair of boots or a credit to the value of the boots.
As the boots were eight months old at the time of the claim, a refund was not available under the warranty terms.
We would also like to clarify that we did not advise you that you were unable to make a complaint. We explained that a complaint would not change the outcome of the claim, as it had already been reviewed and resolved in line with the applicable warranty policy.
We always aim to resolve claims fairly and are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience.
