What is not to like?

What is not to like? The price and product were great, and the driver was very nice and polite. He gave me a demo of the chair which was handy. The delivery time was also very fast and I was kept up to date with the progress. They also use their own delivery vans and not a delivery company. Will 100% order from Wellworking again.

Excellent service throughout

My experience with WellWorking was excellent from start to finish. They were available for advice on what chair to purchase and incredibly responsive. After making the purchase the team were brilliant. They were so communicative, checked my order was correct and gave me a very accurate delivery timeframe. The delivery driver (Gary) arrived on time and was so helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. He carried it up the stairs for me and showed me how to used the different parts of the chair. I am very impressed and would recommend anyone to use WellWorking for making a purchase.

Always great service

Wellworking have a great range of Herman Miller stock and it is always delivered in a personal and diligent manner. My deliver driver was very friendly; he carried my item to the office room and assembled it for me.

Fast Delivery and great communication

Customer service communication was great, I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron and the following day I received an email the following day letting me know it can be delivered the following day with an hour time window. Really happy with the chair and would recommend using Wellworking.

Excellent all round.

I had been looking for a new office/studio chair for quite some time and having purchased a cheaper one from another retailer, I was displeased with the quality and comfort. It's definitely true that 'you get what you pay for' and thus knew I was going to have to pay a bit more to get something a bit more substantial.

After doing much research I came across the 'Orangebox Do' office chair which was recommended in an article by trustedreviews.co.uk. The article also provided a link for Wellworking which brought me to their website. The Orangebox Do was quite a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay for a chair, but I soon realised this was not a bad price compared to some designed brands that retail for upwards of £1000. I was also delighted that Welworking provided interest finance - something that really sealed the deal for me.

The finance application was fairly easy to follow and having placed my order I received regular updates from the company. My chair was delivered on time by a nice man and I am delighted with it. If you suffer with bad posture then this is the chair for you. The chair holds your back in a ergonomic position and promotes good posture. It's also very comfortable and I am already finding that I am being more productive working from home. My work office chair cost at least twice the price of this but in all honestly isn't as good. I am now thinking about how I can persuade my employer to order me an Orangebox Do!

All in all then, a great chair from a great company. Very Pleased.
