Ordered a back brace which took ages to arrive and when it did it was the wrong size. Have sent countless emails to a couple of their email addresses and have had no response. scam company grrrrr
Ordered three days ago, next day delivery. No product, no communications, nothing despite numerous e-mails to them.
Will be contacting Trading Standards. Probably have to write-off the £19 I think.

Ordered the posture corrector pro and received some cheap shoulder brace thats sold on another site! Contacted many times over the last few months, absolutely nothing!
I bought a posture corrector on 09/08/25 next day delivery !!!! I am still waiting. Apparently dispatched on 13/08/25 !!! I am still waiting. Do not rely on this company they are not true to their statements.

The item is poorly made as the Velcro straps gives way so asked for a refund.
I have emailed 3 times no response.
One of the email addresses no longer accepts emails and they bounce back.
So poorly made product and terrible customer service says it all.
Very poor customer service .. placed my order beginning of may.. they addressed it wrong , evri lost the package . They have now chosen to ignore all my emails .asking for a refund or send a new back support.. I have now had legal papers drawn up ready to send to a court .
Worst place ever, emailed 3 times in the past 2 weeks for a return no reply, emailed their return address and it isn’t even a real email. The product it’self was shocking and the fact that they have 4 star reviews on their page tells me something is going on. They’ve basically scammed me out of my money
