I commenced this course in January 2020 and informed Well Training that I aimed to complete this course in 6/9 months, to enable me to apply for a management position with my employer. Well Training was very accommodating and provided me with all the support I required. In particular, the lecturer was very knowledgeable, approachable and delivered the sessions very well. Well Training was seamless during Covid-19 period and had minimal affect on my desired goal. Feedback from my job interview was that it was evident the course provided me with management skills to enable me to carry out the role. I am now a Principal Trading Standards Officer and manage and lead the Consumer Protection and Investigations team. Thank you Well Training.

WELL Training with Fantastic Results

Since working with WELLS my development and understanding of business needs has improved significantly. Starting with retail assistant training materials to improve my service to guests; ENJOY, to teaching others and new starters on the team, mystery shop results and revenue have improved consistently. The next part of my journey includes the Future Leaders Programme, within six months I gained a promotion as Assistant Manager within my organisation, thanks to the teachers, and organisers who provide a structured yet fun environment to develop knowledge and learn what I needed to succeed, my professional career is progressing much better than I anticipated.
I would highly recommend this course and content to anyone looking to develop and improve in their potential and future prospects.

Well training are a fantastic company they helped me so much over coming my fears of getting back in to training but when I went they where understanding and welcoming of my situation they gave me the confidence to apply for jobs and talk to other adults again I would highly recommend them

The Women in Leadership programme with WELL has been fantastic. Having done a number of similar, albeit less formal, programmes in the past, I can say for sure that my experience with WELL has been great. The training workshops are challenging, engaging, well-delivered sessions that have brought me out of my comfort zone in a safe and productive environment. I feel that it has progressed my learning and development and deepened my knowledge and understanding of issues relating to organisational leadership. It was very useful to me and it help me so much

I have been on my course with Well Training for about 5 months now and all I have experienced so far has been passionate teaching and mentoring in an extremely relaxed and nurturing environment. No question or opinion is silly and any worries are discussed and worked on every time!

I have completed 2 qualifications with WELL Training and I am currently working towards my Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management. To say the trainers are supportive and knowledgeable would be an understatement. I have received nothing but developmental and constructive support from everyone at WELL as well as a warm reception from all the staff. I would recommend WELL training to everyone.

I cannot recommend Well Training enough. I have completed 3 training courses with Well - Level 1 in Travel & Tourism, Level 2 in Event Planning and a Level 3 Assessor Qualification. The trainers have a wealth of knowledge and are extremely supportive. They make you feel comfortable & help you gain the confidence to achieve your goals.

Engaging teaching and useful feedback, although feedback on written work sometimes delayed

I throughly enjoyed the Well Training's travel and tourism course which I undertook in September 2018. The course tutor Amy was really encouraging, helpful and informative.

I have personally completed two qualifications so far with Well and am currently undertaking three more! The team at Well have been fantastic, from the advisory stage where they recommended the qualifications I could take, to the training itself which was interesting, informative and practical, to the feedback on assignments which was honest, supportive and fair.

As a result of my experience several people in my organisation have also undertaken programmes with Well and have had the same experience as myself.

I would thoroughly recommend their service.

No support from the tutors as promised, you have to wait weeks or months for a reply to an email, very unhelpful all round and I’d never use these providers again for training. OFSTED should be informed.

WELL Training offered me a supportive learning experience throughout my programme. They ensured that I was always confident and fully prepared for my assignments. One to one coach sessions with my tutor personalised my learning journey and developed a close relationship between us.WELL Training ensured that I was fully prepared for end-point assessment through additional session options and practices.
